      Thanks, yes the Calisthenics videos have definitely increased the channel growth. I love also training with Dumbbells though so will continue to include these in my content aswell 💪🏼

    Looks a bit like of pain cave stuff there Tom ☺️ Actually, I’m currently not having a rest day. Would you say that this is crucial?

      I personally need a rest day but it depends how long your workouts are. Of mostly doing 30min workouts you could probably not have a rest day.

      @@TomPetoTraining Well my training in the morning is calisthenics based and between 40-1hr but then pm I’ll also do a mobility routine, yoga flow or something like that 20-30min?
