Thanks, yes the Calisthenics videos have definitely increased the channel growth. I love also training with Dumbbells though so will continue to include these in my content aswell 💪🏼

I personally need a rest day but it depends how long your workouts are. Of mostly doing 30min workouts you could probably not have a rest day.
