Broke right ulnar, has surgery to install a titanium plate etc. I showed my orthopedic specialist your videos and he said this would be great physical therapy if done with light weight. Just did this one with 10 lb bumbbells, and it was challenging but felt great. Back in the saddle again. Thought you'd like to know.

Came back for this classic - I wouldn’t be mad if you refilmed and re-released this one with you talking instead of voice over. And I would also be ok if dead bug was not added.
