Me again watching from Spain. Yeah!!! Just to say I made it 💪🏾 I liked that it was live everyday as that kept me accountable and also that it started on the 9th January rather than the 1st January as I tend to give up on the good intentions by day 4!!! Rest day tomorrow and start again on Monday. I'm going to try the series for six weeks 👍🏾
Just finished my 6th week of this program. Went up 2x in weight during that time (to be fair I started very light since I haven't used free weights in almost 20 years). Now instead of my clothes not fitting in the gut, they don't fit in the shoulders and arms!. I plan on doing the Titan 30 next then will get the ebook. Thanks for the videos!
Starting light and controlled is the right way to do it. Well done for sticking at it. Yes staying consistent with these programs will pay off in results. Ye try the TITAN 30 or the LIFT Dumbbell series next. They are challenging but great programs if you can get them done 💪🏼

Well done, yes I think repeating for 6 weeks is a great amount of time to get some big changes. Keep me posted how your getting on over the 6 weeks.
