OMG DAY 30 ✅I can't believe I couldn't stick to any weight workouts for over 15 years until I stumbled upon these series. I'm so grateful. Thank you so much Tom! Everything about those workouts is perfect. I love warm ups in the beginning, I love your commentary which helps me improve the technique every workout, love the music choice and how you are so kind and supportive. I'm going to do the series again, this time focusing on the other tips you provided in the calendar about steps and nutrition goals. This is going to be amazing, I'm so excited to do it again!
Thanks a lot appreciate the support and kind review. Yes this was a big project of well over 100 hours work putting it together so glad you enjoyed it. Well done for finishing and yes give it another run through integrating other small lifestyle changes and improving technique. 👏🏼💪🏼
Finished the 30 day series!! Thanks for all the hard work behind these videos. You make it extremely easy to follow and your tips and commentary only help with technique and form. I will be redoing the lift series but will be using slightly heavier weights to make sure progression is there. Again, thank you so much. Will definitely be looking into your members area too 🎉
This was great! I'm doing one of your workouts with my husband every other day, and they never let us down. You are amazing. I love that you include the warm-up as well.
Thank you Tom for this amazing workout, back to the workout after 3 months because of some health issue, feeling great thank you for making my day fresh and powerful ❤ Love from India ❤
Series complete! I thoroughly enjoyed these workouts. They were concise, well planned and effective. Your instruction and your cues were extremely helpful. I can see and feel my body starting to change for the better. I’m so glad I came across this! Next for me is your 12 Week DB Plan. From Baltimore, MD, thank you for a great series!
I have been following this series in Carlsbad California! I stumbled across your RUclips channel and started with doing your barbell workouts because I wasn’t sure what to do at the gym. I followed this training series and it honestly is the best one I have ever done! I have never been so sore after every video. I have seen personal growth. I am going to start it all over again and see how much I have grown/will grow this second time. Thanks for doing this!!
Thanks, great to hear your getting results & challenged by it. Definitely run it through for a 2nd time. By the time you finish I’ll have a Barbell & Dumbbell Combo series finished 👍🏼💪🏼

That’s great to hear! Well done for finishing 👏🏼 My Dumbbell45 Series is a great progression on from this, here is Day 1 ruclips.net/video/kEMEESbXhQ8/видео.html
Just finished the whole series for the third time!!! Dang I'm killing it! I have ton of progress, the weight is going down, the muscles are finally showing up. But most importantly I feel stronger and more balanced. Also funny how every time i lift something from the floor I'm doing a deadlift pretty much lol. It naturally comes to mind. I half assingly follow the nutrition plan but am managing to hit a 8k steps goal more days in a week than not doing it. But I think because I'm on 16:8 fasting it works out for me. Cut out the chocolates for sure. Dang I'm just very excited! Looking forward to doing it again, though might do a break when the new series is out on May 12! Thanks so much Tom! You changed my life!!!
Love to hear that! Well done for following it all properly and getting nutrition together alongside also. Look forward for hearing how you find the DB45 series 👏🏼💪🏼

Very well done Tom! I loved this series and I'll surely repeat quite a few of these workouts 👍 Thank you so much for this, it's a big part of my life changing right now.

Second time through the series and it was terrific (again)! I made so much progress vs. the first time around. Getting stronger each and every day! Thank you so much for creating these free resources!! 🙏🌟💪🏼
Did the whole series again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 12 weeks of exercise and I'm planning to do it the whole year! I also downloaded the nutrition plan and ooohhh maaaan it's going to be a lot of work. Trying to get my steps in, with mixed results lol. I also hate tracking calories but it's important, I did for a couple of weeks and got tired lol. I think if I try recording just a little longer I'll develop an intuition about the foods calorie amount at least to some degree. Looking forward to doing the series the third time!
Well done 👏🏼Yes got to bring good nutrition alongside for optimal results. Yes tracking for 2-3 weeks can be useful to understand portions and how much is needed to lose / gain weight. After that you should be able to just maintain that rough amount without tracking in detail. Keep going 👏🏼💪🏼
Day 30 complete! I was so weak in the beginning, even struggling with body weight excersizes...now I can't wait to increase the weight used in each excercise. Thank you Tom!
Hey Tom! Watching from DC USA. I stumbled upon this #30 video because I was looking for a simple 30 minute full body compound exercise to follow after being out for 2 weeks. I usually get rather sore when I just jump back in, so I wanted to ease in. And boom--you were the first search result. I liked the format, so I checked out the series. I'm on week 2 now. I have a question: because I am an avid lifter, is it okay to follow the routines with heavier weights which slow you down? So instead of getting in 15-20 reps of something, with a heavier weight I might only get in 9 - 12...or maybe even fail before the time is up. I want to make sure I keep in tack the integrity of the program (if you programmed it specifically to be time based with lighter weight high reps). Thoughts? THANKS!
Welcome! If you have a fairly slow tempo on eccentric portion of lift (lowering/lengthening phase) you should be able to get around 12 reps in each set which is a good range for building muscle. If you want to go heavier and have enough time available I recommend pausing the video during the longer rest at end of each full round for an extra 60seconds allowing you to continue using a heavier weight but feel fully recovered for the start of each round. Hope that helps and let me know how you get on with the whole LIFT series if you give it a shot 💪🏼
Tom 💯👏🏻 truly magnificent series & i absolutely love this particularly compound session 🔥 using the same weights & believe this encompasses ALL that is the very essence & foundation of quality solid benchmark for health wellbeing strength and performance. Awesome outstanding work. I keep finding myself on repeat mode for this content 🙏🏻
Well done for finishing and glad you enjoyed it. Yes week 6 with the compound workouts were my favourite also. Keep it going repeating your favourites & glad to have you on board 💪🏼
Thanks so much Tom. Just finished the 30 day dumbbell program and what a brilliant way for a 50yo fat, unfit guy to get back into exercise. Loved the tips and step by step instructions and now feel so much better. What’s next?

Finished!!! Thanks, Tom, for this comprehensive workout. I have noticed a difference in my strength and physique. Thanks for guiding us through this series, Tom. One question, do you have any quick tips for strengthening/supporting the lower back after aggravating it? I find that to be a chronically troubled area in my workouts, and it flared up again this workout on the RDLs. Thanks again, Tom!
Well done Phillip 👊🏼💪🏼 Glad you have enjoyed the series. Yea try the reverse hyper as a way to strengthen your back ruclips.net/user/shortsCqWdutpVHxk?si=MQZt1hTvtbaj2TwB Also wearing a weightlifting belt support you allowing you to focus more on target muscles rather than worrying about losing support.

Hello Tom. I hope you are doing well. I just finished these 6 weeks of training, and I must say I really enjoyed it. I have to admit that at the beginning, I had my doubts and underestimated the program, thinking it was too basic. However, as it progressed, I realized it became more intense. This program is definitely not for beginners but for intermediate to advanced level individuals. I will definitely repeat some workouts as they are challenging with the right amount of weight. I liked everything, from the recording studio, the chosen music, the exercises... everything. Thank you very much for giving us this program, it involves a lot of work, not to mention you were recovering from an injury (I hope you're fully recovered now) and still managed to bring this project forward like a pro. Congratulations again to you and your whole team. There was only one thing I would have liked more - to have a 40-45 minute workout at the end of the week or at the end of the program. Sometimes, I felt like I wanted to sweat more, but apart from that, the whole program was fantastic! I wish you all the success in your upcoming projects for the channel and personally. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
@@TomPetoTraining fantastic and super effective! Am already considering redoing it! The only trivial problem was that 30 mins are somehow short for me, thus I considered repeating some moves/circuits to extend till 40 mins. In addition I truly loved mobility routines and did them more throughout the weeks whenever possible. Amoila Cesar once said mobility is true strength.
Compound exercises means larger multi muscle exercises so biceps are included in the rowing movements instead of done in isolation 👍🏼 I have plenty of Arm workouts if you want to hit arms on their own

Thank you so much Coach Tom. Tried not to skip ads as way of gratitude. Hope a program of calisthenics soon.. but no equipment.😅 Thanks souch again. See you in next month again.
Thanks a lot, appreciate the support any way you can. Sharing the channel is always a great help. Keep it up and see you on 16th for Day 1 of new Calisthenics series 💪🏼
Yea try the reverse hyper as a way to strengthen your back ruclips.net/user/shortsCqWdutpVHxk?si=MQZt1hTvtbaj2TwB
Also wearing a weightlifting belt support you allowing you to focus more on target muscles rather than worrying about losing support.
@@TomPetoTraining Awesome! Thank you!
I’m planning on starting from the beginning of your lift series again. But does your membership or books include videos? I really do best when I have an example to follow.
@@philtron82 members area has a follow along big barbell series and lots of individual dumbbell workouts (as well as other resources). Just about to finish my RUclips barbell series out in Jan before starting on a new Dumbbell series for members area.
Love your workouts going for body recomposition what one of your eating plans would you suggest? I am doing a 18/6 intermitten fasting.

Killer workout 💪🔥
Thanks 👍🏼💪🏼
Thanks Tom, that was great, very hard work, but a lot of fun. I got very hot and sweaty. I really enjoyed the whole series and I apricate all your efforts. You are excellent to put together good movements, motivate us and all the time giving us good teaching points. I will continue to do some of your workouts from time to time. I am looking forward to exploring those you mentioned aimed at cyclists. Thanks again for all your efforts. Have a great day.
Thanks

Thank you i did this on my lunch break to hit my whole body at once
Well done
Congratulations on finishing and thanks for taking the time to leave a thorough review 💪🏼
Last but definitely not the least
Well done! How did you find the series? 👏🏼💪🏼
@@saeedmostoufi2607 Sept / Oct I’m launching my Virtual Studio/Members Area which will include lots of this type of follow along but 45min videos 👌🏼👍🏼
What about biceps?
Compound exercises means larger multi muscle exercises so biceps are included in the rowing movements instead of done in isolation 👍🏼 I have plenty of Arm workouts if you want to hit arms on their own
