      Yes just use lighter weights and pause video for slightly longer breaks when needed. Have a go and let me know how you get on. First step is the hardest, every step after is easier with momentum 💪🏼👍🏼

    🔥💪🇵🇭
    I like the cadence of his voice and the slow soothing voice and nice music, it's almost an ASMR type of work out... I believe it lowers my heart rate, making each movement intentional and feeling each eccentric movement... I do other YT home workouts that are intense, it has its place sometimes I don't get to finish... I gj to your workout it I want to feel every muscle, every repetition and feel the burn after... Thank you!!!

    Made it through, great workout, although I think I'll be sticking to the slightly shorter ones because I have the brain capacity of a pigeon 😁 One of these days I'll have the money for a bench, I swear
