🔥💪🇵🇭 I like the cadence of his voice and the slow soothing voice and nice music, it's almost an ASMR type of work out... I believe it lowers my heart rate, making each movement intentional and feeling each eccentric movement... I do other YT home workouts that are intense, it has its place sometimes I don't get to finish... I gj to your workout it I want to feel every muscle, every repetition and feel the burn after... Thank you!!!
