  • Hey guys, welcome to today's 15 Minute Full Body Dumbbell HIIT Workout ❤
    This is an awesome dumbbell workout that is going to work your full body. We are focusing on compound exercises which means the heart rate will stay nice and high. I'm using 4kg dumbbells for reference. Grab your set and lets have a sweaty workout together!
    Give this workout a try and let me know how you felt!
    The structure for this workout:
    - 7 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
    - x2 SETS
    - 15s rest between sets
    Remember this is your workout, we are all different and it’s important for you to have fun while working out. We want to make this a lifestyle and the only way to succeed is to enjoy what you are doing. If you need to stop and take a longer break, just pause the video. This is a no judgement zone ok!

      Hi Maxx 😊 thank you so much for joining 😁😁 the best workout to help you lose a bit of fat is HIIT training. It burns a lot of calories in a short amount of time 😊❤️ I try to do 3-4 hiit workouts a week. Hope that helps?

      Hahaha yes consistency is so important! A little bit every day adds up to a lot over time! You can always follow my monthly guide to help you. I find it helps to stay consistent and you don't have to think about which workout to do 😁❤️
