  • 15 MINUTE SEATED UPPER BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT
    Here's a short but effective 15 minute seated upper body dumbbell workout that's perfect if you have limited mobility or if you're working through some lower body injuries.
    Build muscle by targeting the biceps, triceps, shoulders and back in this HIIT style anaerobic strength workout!
    Join me as I guide you through the whole workout letting you know exactly what's coming next so you don't need to have your eyes glued to the screen. The most important thing is that you do these exercises with the correct form so I'll be giving you cues for how to safely do these exercises with a voiceover and each exercise will be shown in a preview box before we do it.
    So let's get to it!! Here's the workout:
    HIIT STYLE
    40 SEC WORK
    20 SEC REST
    - CURL & PRESS
    - BENT-OVER ROW
    - LATERAL RAISE
    - PRESS & TRICEP EXTENSION
    - FRONT RAISE
    - ALTERNATE CURLS
    - WOOD CHOP LEFT TO RIGHT
    - WOOD CHOP RIGHT TO LEFT
    - ALTERNATE TRICEP EXTENSION
    - SHRUGS
    - BENT-OVER REVERSE FLYE
    - SNATCH RIGHT ARM
    - SNATCH LEFT ARM
    - HAMMER CURLS
    - SHOULDER PRESS

    Just tore a ligament in my right ankle and was feeling disgusting just laying all day and eating but this man right here changed it with just one video . HUGE respect brother , keep up the good work ❤

    holyy your actually such a real one for this workout. Completely rolled my ankle in basketball and I felt so fat and lazy doing nothing but lay in bed and eat all day, all the other workouts were stuff for old people till I came across this vid. Intense workout you a life savvvrrrr🙏🙏🙏🙏

      Take your time and make sure you leave enough time to properly rest and recover between workouts. As I’m sure you’re already aware, resistance training will help to build bone mass. It’s the best thing you can be doing, but be careful, take your time and consult a health professional before attempting these workouts if you have any trepidations.     What I do is split these up in in days day 1-biceps, triceps & forearms. Day 2-Shoulders & chest. Day 3 Back mix in with legs Day 4 see day 1 Day 5 see day 2 Day 6 Day see day 3 And of course abs every day with one day of rest. Thanks so much for the info 😮

    My wife is smoking in the living room so I could not do my usual 20-minute rowing session, did this in my office instead, with6kg bells, loved it!
    I was sceptical at first but in the end the last 4-5 reps were getting tougher! :)

      Nice one bootsy!! It depends on how you recover and how long that takes. If you’re still sore then take a rest day or train a different body part. This will be necessary if you’re training to failure for each exercise. Try to increase the weight/intensity and/or reduce the rest time as you repeat the workout in the future ☺️💪👊
