      I use a wheelchair & forearm crutches & I had no idea there were exercises like this for people like me either. Isn't this fantastic!!

    Hi, broke both my ankles last week and in a wheelchair. I was very active before surgery, was searching to find an upper body workout to keep my strength up. So happy I found you and thank you for doing this video for those of us who are wheelchair bound. God bless and be safe.

    Love this! I suffer from fibromyalgia and am currently nursing a torn meniscus so being able to still work my upper body whilst seated is so helpful to stay fit! Thank you :)

    I don’t have a disability etc but I taught i would give this workout a go because I was feeling quite tired and also it felt like a good Upper workout was needed

    I recently injured my toe. Accidentally dropped a 15 lb dumbbell plate on it (the screws got loose). And I was not wearing shoes. I'm glad videos like these exists because I can continue working out even though I'm injured and can't stand!

    Your personality is so cheerful it makes me look forward to doing these exercises. I've been feeling so hopeless about losing weight with my mobility challenges. Thank you for breathing hope back into my life & for inspiring me! I can't believe I can actually do these exercises!!

    Thanks for making this video workout! I am an incomplete paraplegic & manual wheelchair user for over 50 years! This is a great workout to focus on other arm/shoulder exercises to help strengthen your arms! All the best!!

    Thank you for making this video. I broke my ankle one month ago and I've been struggling to find wheelchair friendly workouts. I am just trying to maintain some strength and stay healthy until I can walk again. You should make more of these!

    I just finished doing the exercises. Feeling energized! Not in a wheelchair myself, (actually nursing a nagging sore lower back) but love the fact that you have created this video that is wheelchair friendly.

    Sitting with 3 kids at the kitchen table on computers making sure they are on task, during this covid time, is taking a toll on my body because i am literally sitting for 6 hours. So this is good to get me moving.

    This is great Ashley. I am a Canadian PT and will recommend to some of my older, weaker patients who need to sit to exercise. I like to hear how breathless the routine makes you indicating it is a great workout. A little music would be even more useful as patients often complain exercising is boring. I often remind patients to keep feet flat on floor for improved balance and more muscle engagement. It's great to see you inspired my someone who is less able bodied, who wants to stay healthy and strong. Sharing your energy and knowledge is a wonderful gift. XOX

    Oh my goodness!!! I am disabled and have a disease that effects my collagen and causing severe pain and joint issues. I am in a wheelchair and have not exercised in 6 years. I simply don’t know the exercises to do! I can do this though! I just did from my bed (where I am much of the time because of pain.)! Like this is a huge accomplishment for me!!! THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS VIDEO!!! This has the potential to make a very BIG difference in my life!!! I don’t even know how I found this video it was just there when I was Searching around for something to catch my attention. And this did! Thank God! This should help my abdominal strength too. This is going to take a ton of work and commitment on my part but I know I can do it! I am ready!

    Got to thank you for this sit down workout,as l am a incomplete quadriplegic with the gyms being closed in the UK and under a government lockdown it is an excellent workout to keep my upper body working.

    This is really good. I have a stress fracture so my foot is now limited in mobility. I like the way everything is explained clearly and it is easy to follow the exercises. Any chance you can make another one for people with impaired mobility?

    I had a complex and serious knee injury and have been very limited in my movements and exercises. I have been struggling to find good challenging workouts that I can safely do while awaiting surgery and this was by far the best video I have done so far.     Thanks so much for this. Broke my tibia a week ago and this will keep me sane. I'm used to doing some form of exercise daily , plus gardening. At least I can enjoy doing this outside in the garden now, thanks to our unseasonably warm weather. Greetings from Switzerland!
    Would be grateful for some core exercises that can be done in my condition - so no usage of legs and nothing on the floor!

    I recently broke a toe and have been quite down because I can't run or do my normal workouts, because of this I've gain weight as well. I found out from the DR that I have 3-5 more weeks of this, :(. Getting a great work out without putting pressure on my toe has been wonderful, thank you.

    That you for posting this. I have bad degenerative disc disease in my cervical spine and some days I'm so weak and sore that it's all I can do to sit and do these kinds of exercises and I'm wore out. I get really discouraged because the worse my chronic pain is, the less range of motion I have and the harder it is for me to exercise- which just leads to worse muscle fatigue and weakness from losing that muscle mass. I really appreciate you making this video.

    This one was pretty good for me. I'm a kid, and I sprained my ankle a few days ago. The only recommendation I have is that you went from talking to doing the exercise, and you didn't say start, so I was a little behind. But you can always rewind. :)

I came upon it after doing your other seated workout which you made after this one. interesting that you had a hard time with the punches here but in the later video, none at all and they were more extensive. you got stronger and good for you. love your positive energy and presence!

    I just did this video while using my breastpump. It is usually a 20 minute pumping session that consists of me being seated and unable to get up because I am plugged in to an outlet. So I think this is really going to be a game changer for me. Day 1 in the books!

    I am a really big guy who has been struggling trying to do my own random exercises to give me more upper body strength for my wheelchair.
    After finding and doing your workout I feel great, slightly sweaty, but great. I can feel the muscles working and look forward to doing this again tomorrow.

    I just had knee surgery and have been struggling to stay active while being stuck in a wheelchair all day long. I found this video, and it's been amazing. I follow this video every day.
    You mentioned in the video to comment if we are hoping for more videos like this, and so I'm commenting here. I REALLY hope you make more, because after doing this workout, I looked to see if you had more, but it's only just this one. So please do more seated workouts! Thank you!

    I don't wheelchair user, but yesterday i have broken mg leg, so this workout help me so much to continue my training

    Thank you very much. I sprained my foot/ankle yesterday and really wanted to workout but unable to stand so this was perfect.

    Thanks! I had knee surgery yesterday and needed a little something to get my body moving. Laying in bed all day is making me so sore and I don't want to lose strenght everywhere while in recovery.
