I am missing my independence to say the least. I look forward to this practice you offer hear on a daily basis. It has blessed me and helped me get through my long days. Thank you

I'm recovering from a fractured femur, had to have a rod put in. This video has boosted my recovery so so much. I'm able to get into the shower and bathroom now because of the work on twisting and bending. The breathwork has been fantastic for me mentally as well. I modified a few poses. I braced my hips with one hand on the chair on any twists or side bends. I also use a blanket in my lap when doing forward folds to kind of insulate the surgical hip. I can touch my toes now! Thank you so much for making videos like this. I shared with my physical therapist. I can't believe a lot of practitioners don't know about wheelchair yoga. It's a game changer

This video is awesome, I have a neurological disorder and trouble with balance, weakness and mobility. This video was gentle enough I felt confident but through enough that I felt it made a difference. Thank you! It’s so challenging for people with mobility issues to remain strong and keep the body healthy, I’d love to have more of these videos from you please. Anything without bending the head low and with the support of a chair or wall with weight supported would be amazing!
I’ve been “unfortunate” to be in a wheelchair for over OOOOOO 14 years now and this is my absolute bestest morning yoga ruteen ever she is amazing and I can now stand up independently for the entire length of Queen Bohemian Rapsody
