Thank you! This is day one of seated yoga. About to turn 62 and have brittle diabetes along with nerve and muscle pain. I'm trying to lower my blood sugars and reduce my anxiety. This was very relaxing and almost pain free!

Hi! Wanted to take a minute to thank you. I'm not a senior, but I recently had melanoma surgery and therefore can't really exercise or go for long walks. This is really helping my now stiff stressed out body as well as my mental health :)

Hello Tina, I do all of your yoga practices. I just retired and went on my first vacation and fell down some stairs and broke my foot. I have been so depressed but I was so happy to see that you had chair yoga. I did it and I feel so darn good! Thank you! I'll keep doing chair yoga for about 8 weeks until my foot boot is off. Developed plantar so unable to do my normal dance exercise and being 73 didn't just want to sit round all day so looked fir something I could do and discovered you Tina......absolutely loving doing your seated videos and they're suiting me down to the ground at the moment so thank you so much...have done a few different ones and its nice to have variety....namaste 🙏❤️

I started doing ur stretch yoga a few weeks ago. I’m 60 and I’m quite ashamedly quite new to yoga but better late than never 😊 I like doing it in my own time at home which is what I like, I swi once at week and row and do other online ab work
