Thank you.i love this as I an a face yoga teacher I work in the chair with many clients. Some of these exercises I use for warm up. What I love is to remind people to put smile on and to hug yourself. Also love your authentic as I believe that is our life reality. 1 question I have cramp tight muscles in my calf. I have been massaging and stretching trying some lymphatic drainage drainage and it's still not moving any ideas you could suggest. I even went in hot tub with no luck.

I love the videos, but my concern is I have a partial hip replacement on my left side and some of the exercises where you lift and place your leg up on top of the other leg. I have not tried a little bit concerned about that. Have you any suggestions?

I love the videos, but my concern is I have a partial hip replacement on my left side and some of the exercises where you lift and place your leg up on top of the other leg. I have not tried a little bit concerned about that. Have you any suggestions?

Can you do this yoga twice a day
Hi Valerie, as long as you are not feeling any pain or discomfort, then it should be okay to do it twice a day, although once a day should be sufficient. Always remember to listen to your body, be guided by how you feel and go gently. 🙏❤️
