Great Video Like I said Before . One nitpick I would Mention is at the 5:18 Mark they have you put you hand on your opposite knee and stretch the opposite arm over your head bet they fail to do the opposite side and jump straight to the next movement. I pause for a few seconds and do the other side before continuing on with the video!

This is my first try at yoga for a very long time. This chair yoga is very helpful, after the chair yoga ,I just got up and walked without pain to the kitchen to boil my hot water to have a warm bath.... thankyou ,I will continue chair yoga tomorrow evening before bed......GOD BLESS ❤️🙏

I came by this channel by chance. I am 64 years old woman and I do all these , some sitting on the chair and some in standing position. Due to knee problem I can’t sit on the mat. You have shown these exercises in very easily doable way.
I also do few more stretches. I can’t tell you how much these help me in remaining flexible and relatively fit.
I am hypertensive and recently developed flat feet. I have learnt few exercises for managing flat feet, both taught by the doctor as well as by watching some videos.
If you can teach some exercises to keep blood pressure under control I would appreciate.

I teach elderly people chair yoga because they can't get up from the floor. One thing I do for them, especially those who can't put their feet on the floor, is to have them use yoga blocks. That way their feet are supported and flat, so that they don't feel unbalanced
That is a great way to make them feel more connected and relaxed ! 🙏🏻😀
I’m nowhere near a senior citizen but I can’t get up from the floor. I’m starting from ground zero with my strength.
