First i watched your Videos for an Inspiration for my senior exercise classes but now i find myself always exercising one of your Videos and at the age of 55 it is a relief because i dont have to do these crazy hard pilates Workouts and feel completely done afterwards so thank you❤

Just started a chair yoga class in our condo and had 8 attendees (2 who are definitely coming couldn't make it today) and we all loved it. Some had done chair yoga elsewhere and felt you compared very favourably with other instructors. I just turned 80 and have sciatica, and feel that even after only 45 minutes today there is improvement. Excellent instruction and love the background music, so soothing. Thank you from Canada!

The type of chemo that was used really took a lot out of me physically. I tried numerous different channels but finally found yours. Your videos are so easy to follow and so encouraging.
