    I always learn new things about movement from your videos. Those deep squats, umm, yeah that changes the squat game. I love these nap friendly workouts so much! Feel pretty accomplished with these 3 sessions this week! thank you

    Phew! IS it best to go for reps over weight to trim and tone the arms? Or weight over reps? Thank you, I'll be coming back to this one for sure :)

    This this was a burner.😊 had to lay down a few minutes afterwards to catch my breath… until the dog came and licked of the sweat on my forehead 😂
