- Hey team! Today we have an 18-minute circuit workout. It's made up of 6 exercises for 3 rounds. Beginners work 30secs with 30secs rest, everyone else on the 40:20 timer with me :) Lets get moving!

Enough challenge for me - got really hot by round 3 which is great as its winter here in Cape Town. Your motivation helped tremendously - thanks Ash. The tip of the "squeezing oranges just under the arm pits" for the deadlift was a fantastic connection for me! This was a superb workout. Will pop over here again for this one!
