Hey Ash, thanks again! I’m on day 4 doing this challenge for the 4th week! Just a quick question, the excercise we do at around 4:18. As soon as I add the leg movement my lower back arches. I’ve tried so hard to keep it anchored like you say, but it doesn’t want to stay. Any tips?

Hello! You can Try not to lift it as high, just a tiny bit off the ground but with control and see how you go 🤗
