    This is by far my Favorite work out to date! 🙌 It challenges me , Has me huffing and puffing and sweating each time! 😅
    I've lost count how many times I have done it, However each time is delightfully challenging.....
    I am only using 2 x 4 kilo weights !! 😳😬
    No way could I do it 2 x 5 kilos !
    I have been doing your workouts quite religiously ~ I've become a little addicted... I think 👌😁 Over the past four months ..
    It has Positively impacted my life physically & mentally for the better. 💪
    I thank you immensely

      Yep, sometimes 12 minutes is all we can get, but definitely still worth it 👏🏼 This one is LSKD x

    why soooooo short???? longer time must prepare to the workout....... so...... not worth to do it :/

      Did you do the work out ??
      Maybe do it twice if it's not enough for you?
      Some of us are time poor, so just want a quick beneficial workout..
      It was a really great work out.
      Maybe try before negative comment?👌 🙄 😬
