- Hey you beautiful human! Welcome to possibly one of my favourite ways to move my body. This 21 minute dumbbell workout will work the ENTIRE body, whilst improving your cardiovascular fitness and endurance. You'll need a set of dumbbells (I used 5kg), or if you have a few different weights even better. So lets get moving!
