I did this video a couple of weeks ago now, while I had 2 hours to kill before my flight at the Seville airport (heading home to Aus after 2 weeks of kid free bliss 🥳😂)....A little over one year ago I came across your channel and it has seriously changed my life, so thankyou!! A year ago I wouldn't have believed it if you'd told me I'd be packing a foldable yoga mat in my carry-on incase I got a chance to do a workout at the airport 😂 But I also probably wouldn't have had the confidence or belief I could do something like travel again for myself anyway...finding my love for exercise again and building strength post 3 kids has been the best thing - for myself and for my family! Keep up the awesome YT videos and insta work..it's the best!!!
