thanks Ash, i try and do 30 to 40 minutes of something every day but with 2 kiddies under 2 its hard! lol so 18 minutes that makes you sweat is such a blessing! THANK YOU from us time restricted mums x

Instead of trying pushups, practice lowering all the way down to the ground as slowly as possible (eccentric phase) then push back to child's pose and make your way back to all 4's to start again. Working on the strength to lower consistently will get you there!
