    Round 2, day 2, done! This was the “PUSH” I needed. Ashley you’re a motivational speaker, I appreciate you so much. I crushed it, definitely felt the burn in the best way possible! Thank you, I was sweating along with you 😂

    Yes ! I agree that definitely was a challenging workout. Definitely had me sweating and puffing ! But I loveed it !
    This was the only day I missed last week, am doing the challenge again this week..

    thanks Ash, i try and do 30 to 40 minutes of something every day but with 2 kiddies under 2 its hard! lol so 18 minutes that makes you sweat is such a blessing! THANK YOU from us time restricted mums x

    Just wondering am I the only one who can’t do even one push-up? 😩 Never could!
    Push-up part was disaster for me 😁

      Instead of trying pushups, practice lowering all the way down to the ground as slowly as possible (eccentric phase) then push back to child's pose and make your way back to all 4's to start again. Working on the strength to lower consistently will get you there!
