I'm 60 and just did this video. She provides a 15 second rest after each 30 second set. I haven't worked out in a week and felt like it had been a year but I finished and it does feel good. Also don't be concerned about going as fast as she does, just be consistent in what you can do. Good luck it'll be worth it!

Moving out of my comfort zone of walking workouts (which I love) to do more HIIT and strength videos. This one was definitely challenging the first time, and definitely worth doing. One day my elbow will touch my knee...... but this not the day. Thanks Jules - another day off to a good start.

I love all of your workouts, but this one is absolutely fabulous and one of my favorites. It's just the right level of exertion complete with a warm up, a cool-down, and a stretch. I got 3500 steps out of it. And I feel great. Thank you!❤

I love new videos!!! This is a pretty intense 20 minutes-- I had trouble with some of the leg moves; I think Christmas decorating (climbing stairs about 30-40 times yesterday) had something to do with it. The ending words are so important-- staying healthy and able to move well is why I started this.
This is a great workout. I love you have the counter that helps to continue to push myself and I love how you do the next exercise in the block. I have found your workouts also help my mental health. I have started when my leg pain is too much to do your chair workouts instead of not doing anything. Next I hope to see some weight loss. I am able to do more of your workouts since I started. My goal is to complete your 10,000 step workout. So far I have only made it through your 5,000. Thank you for also including some on your own stretching videos when some of the workouts have less stretching.
I loved this workout! On Thanksgiving, my brother, who never gives compliments, told me I was “wasting away to nothing.” I’m not, but I have lost 50 pounds since last November. Thanks to you, Jules, and your workouts, I look and feel better. I can keep up with my 21 Kindergarten students, even during our dancing brain breaks. I don’t feel like I’m ready for Medicare in March😊😊😊

Hi Charlene! This is one of my toughest workouts with more challenging moves at 140 bpm. I have a lot of younger people who follow me as well so I create a variety of levels so people have choice with the 3 levels of workouts. The fact that you didn't give up and finished this one says you are in great shape! My suggestion is to do the workouts that feel at the right level for you since that is what will keep you motivated, and wanting to do.

@ nothing like aging to teach you to drop the ego and do what you can. You always say to modify if you can’t do it. Just Walk it if you can’t do it. I did. The body has let me know being as good as doesn’t work. As you say…Listen to your body. Do what you can.

My goodness joules, I found that one tough ,I seem to be able to jog a bit faster but doing a movement faster was tough ,I guess I'll have work on doing them faster ,my balance has improved and my legs are stronger with your help thank you so much
Hi Jane, this is definitely one of my more challenging workouts at 140 bpm. You can always slow the pace down if you feel it's too fast...it's best to go at the pace that feels right for you:)
