I do my exercise bike in the early morning then one of your videos in the afternoon. I like some weight ones to so I can build my strength. I thought I pulled this one at 3:00 but i didn't I pulled another one and it was good but I'm not coordinated and I was trying to figure out what to do with my arms and legs ha, ha . It was a 30 minute with changes every 20 seconds. But listening to this one I know I will love.....Thanks again. I tell friends and doctors about you all of the time...
Your exercises have never disappointed me - I have stopped exercising for like almost two months (blame it on the festive seasons 🤭) and I picked the right exercise to get into the groove again 😍 A good start to a new year of exercising 💪

❤this was a goodie Jules. Definitely one that raised the heart rate as well as the spirit. Hubby and I following you first thing in the morning is a great way to start the day. I LOVE the interval training as, having Achilles issues, running has always been a challenge. Being able to do it in brief slots has really helped. I'll never run a marathon, but I'll sure as hell be able to walk one with no problem whatsoever. I am so much fitter.
A massive kudos to you for choosing to exercise despite being tired. It really does make a difference in our energy levels (and mood). Thanks for smiling back!
Love this one! Thank you for making them. This has actually become my favorite format of exercise. I was intimidated at first but I have been able to work up to do a jog and keep it that way until it is over. I’m even up to working out daily. Still trying to find the balance with strength training since no matter how light the weight the overhead exercises bother my shoulders and neck.
Wow! So much progress, Michelle! That’s awesome! As for lifting over the shoulders, just avoid those exercises. You can still get strong using other exercises instead. Main focus is working the legs since the stronger the legs, the better.

I did your waist slimming workout yesterday. I sure felt it in my muscles (in a good way!) when I woke up this morning. Yay! Tuesday is my weight lifting day. Would this be a better workout today than the waist slimming?

@ No worries! Thank you for answering! It is a beautiful and very unseasonably warm winter day, 82 degrees F so I did a 45 minutes arthritis class at the gym, then a 1 mile walk at our local park. I will enjoy our false spring while it lasts by exercising outdoors.
30 minutes goes by so quickly. I don’t enjoy sweating but this routine makes it tolerable. I’d love to see balance incorporated after the cardio training. 15 minutes of balance could maybe serve as a cool down. Thank you for the routine.
Thanks for your feedback and request, Cindy. I have lots of all-in-one videos that include cardio, strength, balance and flexibility within each workout, plus separate balance workouts, too. But, I’ll think about adding some balance exercises onto some of these cardio workouts, too:)
The more the better but incorporating weight training days will help along with a healthy diet. What you eat determines weight loss more than exercise.
I see the reply below and she's right...adding in strength training and a healthy diet will absolutely help you to reach your goals faster. I create a monthly calendar and upload them onto my website. Depending on your fitness level, you can follow the beginner or intermediate calendar to get the best results. I create the calendar with a mix of various cardio workouts & strength training. If you're not an older adult or senior, not to worry. My intermediate level workouts are a step up from beginner workouts and will most likely challenge you (www.improvedhealthforseniors.com).
