Exactly what I needed after lifting to get moving and grooving. Love the brain challenges that accompany the work. Helped me to have cuing on the beat and then once I got the move, changed speed as needed. Perfection in 25 min. Thank you!

I have recently tuned into your Latin dance for seniors and I love it. Dancing is a great way to exercise and have fun! I just did your cardio workout this morning and loved it as well. Thank you for supporting my goal to lose weight and improve my recently increased cholesterol. I have osteo arthritis but these dance moves etc are doable!
I love your workouts! The variety is outstanding. And specifically, I love the calming music and the way you just speak without yelling. So calm and soothing, but challenging too. Love!!
Training - shine! All joints are turned, the heart is charged! I noticed that after two months of classes with you, Lauren, all my joints began to act like a well-oiled machine - I can squat low, my shoulders (they used to often ache) do not hurt, and my knees too. And if in the morning there were problems swarming in my head, then after exercising with you in my head - sheer delight! Thank you so much, Lauren!
Loved this workout! The moves reminded me of the high impact and step aerobics that I loved when I was in my 20’s & 30’s, but now at a pace I can do in my 60’s! Thank you so much!
I start casting this to the TV in the living room while we are still in bed so that when it connects we are starting the day in a good way. Thank you!❤
I just loved it! It's too hot in Athens during summer but today it's ok. So I switched on the air condition in early evening and I did the workout. I really enjoyed it and my smart watch too. 😊😊😊😊
I like that you include workouts that don’t incorporate weights. I do strength training T-Th-Sa, so on M-W-F I like to do something that doesn’t require weights. And after a full day of doing some heavy work in the yard yesterday, this one is just perfect!

For now this is my favorite for cardio. I have found I can substitute heel raises for high knees in the second move to help with my osteoporosis and to take it easy on my arthritic knees 😊

Thank you for your exercises! I’ve turned from circuits and running and cycling after pulling ligaments in my back 6 months ago, followed by a hip bursitis, so only being able to walk. I’ve gently started one of your chair HIIT routines last week and just tried the above very gently, it was fine, no pain! So I will keep this up, using ice afterwards.👍
