Well, that was fun! I wasn’t completely coordinated on some of the moves, but I just kept moving and improvising and making it more like a dance! Thanks for the wind-down stretching at the end too.

I’m travelling today so thought I would try this workout as it’s shorter . Very effective 20 mins. I followed it with a 10 min ab workout and feel set for the day . You're like the Cottage Fairy version of fitness RUclips channels. 🙂I've been working out on and off at home for a few years now and I've been looking for the right instructor to follow along. The loud Amazon woman, warrior type coach with their quick, explosive,hard-to-follow movements don't work for my personality. I prefer my workout to be as calming, meditative as a workout can be and your channel does that. I'm not a senior, by the way; just a quiet, introverted, sensitive soul.

I found your website a couple weeks ago and I love it!!! I used to do workouts like turbo jam, turbo fire but I have had health issues the past two years (on the mend now) and I need to lose 25 pounds and needed indoor activities cause of heat. Ty so much. I did this one 2x in a row restarting it right before the cool down. I did anti aging balance one Tues night and found out I still have some muscles under the flab...they were sore so I know it was a good workout!! Appreciate you so much!

The intensity is perfect t for me along with it being 20 minutes. I can squeeze in a quick activity in my day or right after eating. 😍
