I usually walk about 2 miles with my dog. Sometimes I only feel like about a mile, then do something in the house to make up the other mile. This is perfect! Thank you.

I’m travelling today so thought I would try this workout as it’s shorter . Very effective 20 mins. I followed it with a 10 min ab workout and feel set for the day . I found your website a couple weeks ago and I love it!!! I used to do workouts like turbo jam, turbo fire but I have had health issues the past two years (on the mend now) and I need to lose 25 pounds and needed indoor activities cause of heat. Ty so much. I did this one 2x in a row restarting it right before the cool down. I did anti aging balance one Tues night and found out I still have some muscles under the flab...they were sore so I know it was a good workout!! Appreciate you so much!

The loud Amazon woman, warrior type coach with their quick, explosive,hard-to-follow movements don't work for my personality.
