    Rainy day so no outdoor walk. I thought this would be too hard, but it wasn’t. I did the whole thing😅. I’m 77. Thanks, Lauren. You are a treasure.

    I'm not a senior, but a 43 year old who gained a lot of weight with my last child, and then the 2020 brought on some heavy depression, so I gained some more. I used to be very active, was very fit, worked a very laborious job, and was healthy weight. It's been so hard finding my old self again. I even started to experience some agoraphobia because of the shame I've felt about my body.
    Recently, my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer, which was brought on by poor lifestyle. That was my wake-up call!
    I found this video and have been able to manage it quite well, even with my bad knees. I've even lost 8 lbs in under 2 weeks and have better mobility already!
    I look forward to trying more of your videos.

    Love all your workout videos. So we’ll presented and achievable for me as a 70 year old woman. Also please don’t ever change your background. The calming colors make me feel like I’m at the ocean on a beautiful clear day!

    this was very humbling for my 26 years old self! i haven't exercised in a long while so this felt like HIIT for me, but i was able to do the whole thing! yey! thank you for your beautiful spirit :)

    I've been doing your workouts for a couple years now. I want to mention that I lOVE the music in this workout because it's got great beats/ rhythms to keep me going rather than popular music with words that mostly distract me. MORE of this rhythmic beat music would really work for me. Thanks for providing good cardio & strength workouts for those of us who just want to be fit without hurting ourselves.

    I really loved this workout Lauren. Been doing your seated strength and stretch for a few weeks after fracturing my fibula but I'm able to stand and do low impact now so this new walking workout is absolutely perfect. Thank you for keeping the workouts different and I interesting...just so enjoyable. I do your workouts every day.🙂

    Heat! I wanted some light, short exercise. And that’s what this workout turned out to be! A fun outing with a very nice, fun trainer. The heat and any discomfort in general are forgotten, the arms, legs and brain are wonderfully recharged. Thank you so much, Lauren!

    I'm a former dancer and now breast cancer survivor. I started doing your workouts this summer (June 2023). I do two of them (this one and the chair Pilates for seniors and beginners) 2 or 3 times a week. I've noticed my strength increase, I'm not as out of breath when walking or going up and down steps. Overall, I just feel good and more in control of my body! It's taken me years to find a workout that I can do without hurting afterward. Workouts should feel good and be good for your body and yours are. So glad I found you! Thank you so much! Kristin

    I re-injured my knee & starting to feel better but didn’t want to chance hurting it this week before leaving on vacay this Fri. Just did your video instead of your weight workout & it’s just what I need to get my day going! So hard having a 58 year old body with a 38 year old ambition😂😂 but your workouts have really helped me get good workouts without constantly hurting myself … thank you again💞

    Lauren! I love your workouts! I am 50, so not a senior yet, but I really am having fun doing your routines and they are not to easy for me at all! Yet they are easy on joints which is wonderful. I never have joint pain after them, yet my heart rate is nicely high. Thank you for such well planned balanced routines! They are wonderful.

    THANK YOU so much for these low-impact workouts. I'm 64 years old and have degeneratie disk disease. I have not been able to work out for months because of mutliple procedures. I just started back, and you made it possible. Bring back as many 80's moves as you'd like. Love it!

    I've just been doing your recent kettlebell video every day and I'm starting to see results! It's one that I'm super comfortable doing over and over to develop a routine, and it's worked so well, I've been motivated to work out on days I thought I'd be taking off. I even went on a long hike today and made it to the top of the mountain! Yesterday I found it was easier to stand up, thanks to those deadlifts, and my immediate thought was "this ass has sass!!" Thank you!!! ♥

    Thanks for another great workout Lauren! I have found that my body is much more forgiving when I start my day with one/two/three of your workouts. It is helpful when you have a suggested additional workout to do at the end of your videos. I am a 60 year old somewhat active woman fighting the belly bulge of post menopause metabolism slow down. I used an 8 lb dumbbell for this workout.

    Hi Lauren! I love love love this fun one mile walk! The tempo is perfect, moves and music are great and it's a "Goldilocks" workout that's not too strenuous or sedate ... it's just right.👍I've been trying many of your workouts for a few months now and recommending them to friends who all appreciate the good work you do to motivate us and keep us FIT!     Hey Lauren just some hopefully helpful info is that many women 60+ have hip pain and all the side to side stepping is painful so I modified the exercises. Otherwise I agree with the other comments that I enjoy your workouts.

      I'm sorry that's painful for you, but I'm glad you are able to modify. I will continue to perform moves to the side because it's important to work the body in all planes of motion. Often the hip area has problems/pain because of imbalances.

    I'm new to your channel. Just made
    50 yrs young. Need to get back in shape. I dove in this video... O! My I could only make it to 10 min mark...😆 ill keep at it! Luv your videos plan to use them to get in shape
