    I'm 72 and was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. I've been doing your workouts for about a year, and love the variety, and the focus on exercises that strengthen both our muscles and our bones. Some days I do a cardio workout, some days I do strength training. I've tried other presenters' workouts, but I always come back to yours. You're the best!

    Do you know what I enjoy about your workouts? is that they are calm! Even though I've left my fitness slide a lot & I've been on a heck of a journey, I'm craving lower impact, calm workouts. I don't want insane music & intensity anymore. I appreciate even though some of your workouts are sneaky tough, they're still calm and I feel like I actually WANT to workout. I deffo want to lift heavier a couple of times a week but the other days, I want something calm and more flowing if that makes sense. Much love to you xxx

      I’m 78 now with osteoporosis since I was about 55 years old. I had my bone density tested just 2 years back and found that my T4 had dropped from 2.6 to 3.7 . So I had been looking for a channel of weight bearing exercises like this one so that I can practice every now n then. After doing two of your workouts, I found out this is right for me. So I have shared with some of my osteoporosis friends as well . Hopefully they will find it helpful. Thank you for your effort! I’m watching from Malaysia. Thanks.

    Another great full body strength workout - I'll try 2 rounds next time! Loving using weights after completing a short cardio workout beforehand. I can honestly say that at 66 I'm fitter than I have ever been! And now have a programme of 3 strength workouts weekly, alongside the cycling , walking and cardio workouts. I am sure that there are many other subscribers in the same position so thanks for all your great, high quality content, there really is something for everyone! X

    Thnak you so much for this , it’s wonderful , my mother is 89 and just had an operation for a fractured hip , the stress and worry I’ve been under is nothing l can explain , but just doing this in the morning with your great moves that help me unwind my tense muscles and the way you present the class with your calmness and soothing light blue colors is just what makes you so special , thank you so much and never stop being you 🌻🌻

    I loved the addition of the isometric holds! And thanks for suggesting we do the workout twice once we reached the end of the strength exercises. It was a great motivation to do so.

      A very enjoyable workout! Moreover, it is very useful. I recently learned that research has been conducted and it has been found that the most effective exercises for lowering blood pressure are isometric exercises.     I've been doing your various workouts for several months and find there is always a new one to try. Keeps me engaged. The isometrics are very good to add to the usual cardio I do. I can tell I'm getting stronger and moving up the weights with a mix of 2.5 and 5# . Shoulder issues are resolving and I have much more range now. Thank you, Lauren!

I do cardio regularly and I love doing strength training, but my knee and neck issues don't support me much. But yours are really the best and am able to do them at home.
