I've just found this and thank you so much. I have sciatica and epilepsy so naturally problems with standing rountines. Your routine here is absolutely perfect; gentle but you can feel a soft burn which is perfect! The affirmations were supportive too, even if i had to go a bit slower than you. I can't do intense because of my health so this really ideal. Again, thank you ☺☺

Hi. I am a wheelchair user, and I am trying to get in better shape. This video was amazing. I did the entire 22-minute routine! I’ve been having hip pain that gets worse when I sit - which I can’t prevent - and my hips feel better already. If I have questions, is there a way to contact Coach Carolyn directly? I see that there’s a contact form on the website, but I wasn’t sure if she could see messages from that. I added this video to my “Liked” playlist! Sorry for the long message.
Thanks again!
Kevin
Feel free to fill out a contact from from the website and Coach Carolyn will get back with you.
I'm visually impaired, so I need less volume of the background music.
Thanks for the feedback. We will keep that in mind as we create future videos.
I am disabled so i need to find out all ones i can do !!!
Stay tuned. More to come!
Do you know about how many calories i would burn doing your entire work out on this video? I really love your videos and need to burn a certain amount of calories.. Thank you for your time....
Calorie burn will vary from person to person. The best way to assess is to wear an activity tracker that shows how many calories you are burning during a workout.
How many times a week should these be done. Everyday? I have MS.
It depends on how active you already are. Always check with your doc to see what he/she recommends. Most people with MS can workout at least 3 times a week but have to pay attention so they don't over do it, which can exacerbate symptoms and fatigue.
Does this help to get rid of fat
If you are expending more calories than you are consuming, it will help reduce fat. So yes, it should.
