    Reading all these comments about knee and ankle injuries. Then there's me just doing this because I'm too lazy to do a standing workout after being on my feet all day at work but wanting to strengthen my upper body a bit. Loved this so much and it's actually attainable for me to do on work days!

    Hi. Am getting back to exercising after being immobile for nearly 5 months because of spine and knee damage. The universe brought me here and I am so grateful. Clear instructions , no nonsense, no verbal diarrhea stretching out the video unnecessarily. Thank you very much. I looked through the list of your other videos, and couldn't figure out what else to try. Would it be possible to indicate which might be okay for obese beginners to do? Maybe create a playlist of videos for those starting out, or starting afresh after health issues. Many thanks and every good wish. May you be well and happy, peaceful and free of all the sources of suffering. May the seeds of health you plant so generously in others bear fruit for you a thousandfold.

    Thx for the video. I am a regular sports lady, but suddenly sitting at home with a broken ankle… Good to have a short series of exercises that I can do a couple of times a day without straining my ankle.

    Thank you for this! I’ve been working with a PT on my lower body due to a lower back injury, but I’ve been neglecting my upper. Now that I’m finally feeling better (and cleared for all exercise) I’m ready to get working on my upper body. But this is great so I can take it slow and rest my lower back!!

    This is excellent!!!! I have not been working out in a long time, arms are un toned and in need of toning.... The brilliant TIP WAS to hold in your abs in the arm workout which does actually give you more strength, that tip was amazing!!!!! Thank you.

    Guys, ensure you warm up and cool down before and after working out. I had muscle pull/ strain last night on both of my legs and the major cause is lack of proper warm up. I'm in a workout streak and this upper body will ensure my legs heal up due to the tear I had on my muscles. So grateful for the workout, it ensured a streak not missed..... it was perfect engaging the upper body.

    I have recently been injured with a ruptured achilles tendon(5 days ago) So upper body exercises to make me stronger on the upper arms, reduce lower belly fat, strengthen core, for right leg, or just to keep me fit because of poor mobility because of injury as mentioned.

    i got ankle surgery a few weeks ago. i've gained 40 lbs over the past year and have been really not feeling great about it. i'm hoping to try this tomorrow to help motivate myself to get into better shape again without messing with any healing i need to do.

    Thanks for the video. I had to put it at 0,75 speed because you're going way too fast for me and regularly pause it because you're not taking any micro breaks. But this is a problem I have with lots of workout videos...

    I absolutely love this work out! I’m a little older, and just started working out again. I have been looking some for some thing on RUclips exactly like this. After many other videos, I found this absolutely perfect for what I’m wanting. Can you do this work out every day or do you recommend limiting it to two or three times a week? Thank you again!

    You don't say what weight dumbbells you should start out with (assuming you can add weight as you increase in strength). What do you suggest?

      Hi Carol, based on your fitness level you can start wtih 2-4 lbs. Then make your way up o 5-8 lbs. Here is a good set if you are looking amzn.to/3SQivs5
