    Did this workout today and couldn't believe how much tighter you hold your core as opposed to standing. Was surprised at this and it was an intense workout thank you. Looking forward to doing more. Moe

    This was exactly what I was looking for! I just had a hip replacement and my physical therapist said I could start upper body dumbbells, but to be careful with the standing. My shoulders are burning! Thank you!

    I was looking for a seated dumbbell exercise because I pulled a back muscle and hurt my back this week. This is awesome I can do the whole workout without any pain. Loved it. The cat made me laugh. At one point I thought it was going to grab the dumbbell under where it was lying when it reached its paw forward. 😂😂😂That's a bonus. Made my day. xx

      @@VeraLaRo it really does! Especially when you throw your back out. I did it lifting a heavy weight, and so waiting for it to heal was hard to do! I’m not very patient 😂

      @@VeraLaRo I am really trying to be patient. I just hate feeling like I’m losing the progress I made before I threw my back out. That’s why I get so impatient, but I do know it’s not worth it to make it even worse.

    OMG I LOVE THIS!!!! sometimes when i do upper body with dumbbell, i get really light headed and lose balance. this is so perfect!! i didnt even know i could do workouts seated!! so excited to try this esp with my mom cos shes got weak knees

    Absolutely love this seated upper body workout! I've had to reinvent my workouts due to osteoarthritis in my knees, and this ticked all the boxes....just the right amount of challenge for me! And the half time Bell was great because that's when I would switch to a heavier weight. 🎉😊❤

    My work out journey has been on and off for years, I've been fairly sedentary the last two year. This was a nice re introduction into movement and can be easily adjusted for folks that want higher or lower intensity. Looking forward to using this video again in the future.

    Good workout, having asthma issues due to allergies upsetting it on Wednesday, this really helped with my workout schedule.

      Calories are always different for each person. This is a strength workout too - we don’t focus on calorie burn 🙂
