Preferred your old workouts when you spoke. I found them more engaging and you gave us tips and reminders about form. Still a great workout though! As I'm recovering from a torn hamstring and finally got the go ahead to workout as normal, I found the RDL the most challenging as I had to reposition to feel my glutes activating! Thanks again got putting out such awesome content for us! ❤

Guess now I'll just have to watch like a hawk for the graceful form resets and respectful ways you listen to your body during the workouts. So grateful you keep putting quality content out for us! Is there a modification I could try in place of the side plank clam? I have a perminant lower back injury that makes doing side exercises very difficult.

Hi! You certainly can! I find the load is very different with those elastic bands, but you’ll still get a good stretch ☺️
