    Wow great glutes workout with booty band. I ❤ the excercises I think one of the best glutes workout that I’ve done.
    I could keep it up with the medium miniband.
    Intense and a challenge. Great to do after your full body weight workout. 😅

    Preferred your old workouts when you spoke. I found them more engaging and you gave us tips and reminders about form. Still a great workout though! As I'm recovering from a torn hamstring and finally got the go ahead to workout as normal, I found the RDL the most challenging as I had to reposition to feel my glutes activating! Thanks again got putting out such awesome content for us! ❤

      Sadly it add way too much filming time and I got too many complaints from people who don’t like talking. So, no talking it is 😃

Guess now I'll just have to watch like a hawk for the graceful form resets and respectful ways you listen to your body during the workouts. So grateful you keep putting quality content out for us!     Great glutes workout with booty bands. I’ll be in for this soon is it okay to use a heavy miniband instead? (I don’t have a glutes/booty band.

      Hi! You certainly can! I find the load is very different with those elastic bands, but you’ll still get a good stretch ☺️

    Is there a modification I could try in place of the side plank clam? I have a perminant lower back injury that makes doing side exercises very difficult.
