This leg day warm looks like a lot of fun. I can't wait to incorporate it into my lower body work out regimen. Thanks for sharing.
So legs for me are the most physically tolling exercise on the body. Depending on how I feel before I even start training legs, I may or may not do a warm up exercise. For instance, my normal time for working out is 8am. But sometimes I come in at 5am. At 5am, energy level can cease to exist and then I usually start with 4-5 sets of leg press before doing squats or lunges just to get the blood flowing. If I feel the energy is there, then I may start out with squats or lunges which for me are a heck of a lot more tolling on the body than leg press where you are just sitting back in a relaxed position and just using your legs to push the weight.
you know you're out of shape when the 'warmup' is your whole workout......and it wipes you out
everyone starts from somewhere you got it!

I REALLY ENJOY the use of instrumental music in some of your workouts/videos! It makes me focus more on form, breathing and is quite calming. It makes the workout/video less of something to just rush and power through

Would love a video like this for arm day! I'm currently trying to do more push-ups but struggling to find a good warm up routine. I can do about 12 for reps, but when I first start i can do like 3

I’m using this before I go to the gym and the 8mins went by so fast! I’m hoping me being consistent with warmups will help me start gaining muscle a little better. Those lunges and squats took me out, so I know which exercises I need to add so my routine lol

I am a calisthenics/streetworkout dude. These are surprisingly helpful for getting good proprioception for my lowerbody while im in handstand position.
This was a decent workout, working all the muscles in little movement changes the game entirely. I would have to try it again.
