25 MIN KNEE FRIENDLY LEG WORKOUT (with Dumbbells & Booty Band)

  • This 25 min lower body workout is KNEE FRIENDLY & can be done AT HOME! There's NO JUMPING and NO SQUATS OR LUNGES! We're using a band, some dumbbells, and an optional chair for support if needed. We're targeting glutes, quads, hamstrings, and doing a few exercises to help strengthen and stabilize the knees!

    I love that you added stabilizing exercises to also strengthen/support the knee! Such a great idea to build strength in all ways.

    Couldn’t have come at a better time! Had meniscus surgery and was trying to find knee friendly routines that will still help build muscle around the legs, and will help me get back into a routine ❤

    I absolutely loved this knee friendly workout. I have injured both of my knees multiple times from various exercises in the past, so reverse lunges are my nemesis. This was awesome to do, and I didn’t feel any pressure on my knees. Thank you so much!!!! ❤❤❤❤

    I just finished this magnificent workout with my mini loop band and my 6 pound dumbbell!!!
    Been sticking to your cardios for calorie burn, now that I’ve lost enough weight and have gotten confident in my body , I’m concentrating more on my form.
    I’m on a diet and for workouts your vids are helping me a ton!!!

    I appreciate these knee friendly workouts. I've torn my meniscus and need to strengthen my leg muscles to support the knee. Most leg workouts make this a difficult task! I liked this workout for sure.

    Love the knee friendly them - and the exercises for stability! You may have workouts for balance (I’ll check) but if not would love some focused on this theme too. 😊

      Since I didn't have a band, I used light weights for the no DBs exercises, but definitely heavier DBs for those exercises; great before work, thanks youre the best! 🙌 Him, 💯💥 🔥you👊

    I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!!! Not too difficult, didn't cause any real pain! (I always have a lower back ache and tightness in my hamstrings)
