@MadFit I got into a car accident and had terrible nerve damage on my right side, as a result my left side has problems from compensation. I've been trying to wake up my glutes for years now to help with knee and ankle pain. This workout actually let me feel my glutes working. I feel like crying because Im finally on the road to recovery thanks to you! Bless you girl!!
ive always been a fitness girls and last year my weight got too low and i struggled with my health but for the past month i have been trying to gain some weight so i can be larger and toned instead of thin and toned AND THIS BOOTY WORKOUT HAS BEEN ONE OF THE MANY WORKOUTS I HAVE BEEN DOING WITH MADFIT THAT HAS GROWN MY BUM IM SEEING SO MICH PROGRESS I LOVE THIS WOMAN!!!!

I added a 3rd round to each superset and I used one 55-65lb dumbell and omg the booty pump I got is insane lol I was in a rut when I found this video and it made me get my motivation back. Thanks Maddie ❤ I appreciate you!

Please tell all the instructions about position while working out in first set and also guide about inhale and exhale first. Because I think inhale and exhale is very imp to burn fat.

I love the workout
Loved this one but 15 seconds is not enough recovery for heavy weights! I used 20s like you but found my forearms aching from gripping the weights for multiple rounds. Not enough rest time for grip strength recovery
I would recommend getting some wrist straps if you're struggling with grip/the amount of weight! They can help loads :)
