    @MadFit I got into a car accident and had terrible nerve damage on my right side, as a result my left side has problems from compensation. I've been trying to wake up my glutes for years now to help with knee and ankle pain. This workout actually let me feel my glutes working. I feel like crying because Im finally on the road to recovery thanks to you! Bless you girl!!

    I have done many at home workout videos and this is one of the only ones I keep coming back to! I love Maddy and this workout is just challenging enough, but not so much that I feel like giving up. Did it again today and I feel great! ❤

    ive always been a fitness girls and last year my weight got too low and i struggled with my health but for the past month i have been trying to gain some weight so i can be larger and toned instead of thin and toned AND THIS BOOTY WORKOUT HAS BEEN ONE OF THE MANY WORKOUTS I HAVE BEEN DOING WITH MADFIT THAT HAS GROWN MY BUM IM SEEING SO MICH PROGRESS I LOVE THIS WOMAN!!!!

    I added a 3rd round to each superset and I used one 55-65lb dumbell and omg the booty pump I got is insane lol I was in a rut when I found this video and it made me get my motivation back. Thanks Maddie ❤ I appreciate you!

    I have tried a lot of your leg workouts, with weights and bands, but somehow this hit differently. Drenched in sweat and out of breath right now!

    Watching and doing your workout daily. Its really nice.
    Please tell all the instructions about position while working out in first set and also guide about inhale and exhale first. Because I think inhale and exhale is very imp to burn fat.

    I do this work out often! I really like it! The only thing is I think a lot of people forget to mention to brace your core during work outs and what that is/feels like

    Sempre que venho fazer este treino sei que vou sofrer e transpirar imenso, mas vale tanto a pena no final, dá para aumentar os pesos e ir tornando o treino mais difícil com o tempo e eu acho que isso é simplesmente incrível. Amanhã já sei que não vou conseguir sentar-me muito bem e só agradeço por isso. 😅 Amo demais este pequeno e intenso treino!

    Loved this one but 15 seconds is not enough recovery for heavy weights! I used 20s like you but found my forearms aching from gripping the weights for multiple rounds. Not enough rest time for grip strength recovery

      I would recommend getting some wrist straps if you're struggling with grip/the amount of weight! They can help loads :)

      Me too, but then I tried doing it slowly and focused more on my form as Maddie always says... "quality over quantity, anytime"

      Hi, try heavier weights, if you can't see your butt feel it for that mind to muscle connect ion and try the 30 min workout It's a good one. Good luck.
