    i loved 20sec format - last move standing on one leg was the most challenging for me💪💪- still whole body is sweating - thank you

    Great workout! the most challenging for me are the rollback squats, I have tried and tried and I just cant!! Other than that workout was great. thanks

      Those are tough for sure - it does require a little extra mobility but also getting the form just right. You are going to get there in no time!

    Perfect workout for when I didn't have much time! But those single leg squats and rollbacks! Yikes!
