25 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Muscular-Endurance Workout [ Advanced Strength Training ]

- Tap in with us for a FULL BODY strength workout that will help build your muscular-endurance. We've split this workout up into 3 groups of 3 exercises that will be done back-to-back-to-back with only a rest period between each group. First, we recommend skimming through the workout to preview the exercises so that you can prep for what weights you want to use. Aim to use 1 set of dumbbells that you can manage for each of the 3 exercises. Over time you can increase the weight and challenge yourself with some progressive overload. I alternate between going to the gym and using your videos, and even though i lift way heavier with the gym equipment, i always feel it more the next day with your videos. Love you guys!
Might be their intensity, repeats, breaks and all. In the gym, I always feel a little bit more relaxed and doing everything on my own pace.

I absolutely LOVED this workout and the fact that we did 3 sets. It gave me an opportunity to challenge myself to put out an extra rep or two during the last set, and I definitely got some cardio with the back to back exercises. Excited to see more workouts with multiple sets. ❤❤❤

One thing id like to see is which set of weights (20 or 25, etc) is being used for each workout. Not for the specific weight but for reference.

I am doing the 30 minutes dumbbell workouts and i think that i am ready to do 45 minutes, but i think you guys have one 45 minutes workout with weights. Can you please do a couple more? Please.
Also can you let me know what are you playlist? What do you guys like to listen to together and individually when you are working out? I am just very curious. I M latina and l like to listen to Merengue or Reguetón while i am working out.
Nice training, nice exercises! Maybe the pauses are too long or only put one pause between 2 groups and 30sec between the rounds. I do your trainings for 2 years now. I love them. I’m a gym teacher and I recommend your trainings with my coworkers. 💪🏼
Hi! We based the pauses off using a moderate-to heavy pair of weights. We recommend using a weight that is challenging enough so that the break periods are very necessary. If you find the breaks too long-there’s a chance your weight may be too light. Thanks for the feedback!

Hi, sure! For a few references- if I’m using dumbbells, this will be the weight for each DB-
Front Squats 35-40# DB’s
Lunges 20-30# DB’s
Deadlift 40-50
Rows 25-35
Shoulder Press 20-30

I love your workouts. But this one, not so much. The transitions were too quick because I need different weights for each move. I noticed you really weren’t changing weights which means you must’ve been lifting lighter than you normally would. But I found I had to pause between each move and adjust my weights. Unfortunately, this is one workout I won’t do again, but I will certainly do your other workouts.

I'm so happy I found you guys to do my workouts. I started last week and this week makes it my second. I've been watching different videos. Have my two 10lbs dumbells starting out with i can't go any higher. I'm so proud of myself. Come in from work after midnight and still make it my best to click on a video to do a 30-minute or more workout. I can't wait to see my little 💪🏾. I'm looking into a workout on my belly fat. I'm trying not to give up, 4 to 5 days a week is not bad.
This workout was great for coming back to exercise after illness. Steady challenge, not too intense.

I really like this workout. I love that each group is strait through without breaks. I would like to have the upper body and lower body grouped together. I need to switch weights mid-group for the first 3 groups. It’s hard to switch with no break between.
