Awesome! Good work 😀 consistency and continuously challenging yourself is so important. Keep up the protein intake too because this will help build and preserve muscle which is so important as we get older (we lose it much quicker) 🩷
I let work get to me today and I didn’t want to move my body. But I kept thinking I didn’t want to know that I let someone else and something petty keep me from reaching my goals. This was so quick and to the point and easy to repeat. Thank you! I’ll be back! PS, I used cans of beans to up the ante a little bit! 😂

23 weeks pregnant and wanted fairly easy to go with my other just completed workout and boy I found this a challenge I did it with light dumbbells

How many times a week can we do this. I have lost 120 pounds and have so much excess arm skin need help
2-3 times per week is good with other forms of exercise. I highly recommend resistance training with some dumbbells to help with this toon
