I’m in tears, so I just did this for the 1st time and i did it from start to finish. I’m 5 ft and weight 300lbs and have psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia. I felt it working but not hurting me. I’m so happy right now because this means there is hope. Thank you so much.
Im in nearly the same boat your in. I found the sit & be fit to be helpful to me as well.
I'm so proud of you!!! You got this!!❤️
I have the same issue. Thank you for this video.
Proud of you ❤️❤️you got this keep pushing
@@sammontiveros4656 Proud of you. I had a stroke three years ago. Just getting back mobile. I have a ton of weight to lose. Hang in there. We can do this 🤟🤟🤟
Genuinely love this... I'm not elderly or disabled, but I am very over weight and unfit. I can do this in my bedroom and none can see. It's fantastic. Might do it two or even three times a day.

She has a low intensity standing one that’s pretty doable too. Good luck
me too! shes very likeable and since standing up exercises are too much for me, I can stick with these.
Nearly 5 years ago my daughter, my only child, passed away unexpectedly at 17 years old. I wasn't the healthiest at the time, was a little over weigh but had strong muscles and was generally fairly fit. The last 5 years my grief has taken its toll on my health and physical fitness. I'm much heavier now and my muscle tone is basically gone. I find myself constantly injuring myself. I want to get healthier but I've got 2 leg injuries that are taking a long time to heal due to my age, weight, and muscle tone. I was starting to think working out, getting some cardio in, and building some muscles was a lost cause. Today I found your video and did it twice, then followed up with a few easy strenght building muscles. I am so glad I found you.
30 weeks pregnant, broken ankle but I could still do most of the exercises. This was really great. Just what I was looking for. Thanx.
Just what I was looking for. Broken foot here. I hope you are healed up nicely and baby is well too!
my weight problem has encroached to the point I can no longer walk or stand for more than 2 hours without pain and injury, and it took me a long time to realize the solution was chair exercise. these ones work well enough just sitting in my computer chair (it's a plus size chair and weighs 75 pounds so it doesn't roll easily) so i can simply set a reminder pop up to help me get these done twice a day until I can loose enough weight to walk again / give my injuries time to heal. thanks for this! your friendly and non-patronizing attitude works just great!
Thank you for this. Usually exercise programs like this say things like "see how easy" and "no reason you can't do this, and why not do more!" and i just end up feeling like a failure for not finding it easy or fun. You keep it friendly and focused without judgment. It makes a difference.
I work from home and it's really easy to get lazy so I do seated workouts while working to stay alert and keep my posture good
So… I started this today. I’m obese and have VERY limited mobility. I will admit…I struggle with the leg lifts but I pushed thru as best I could. After it was done…I wasn’t even out of breath and didn’t feel defeated. I will do this everyday. Thank you for creating this simple routine. It’s a GREAT starter for someone who can’t “just exercise” due to many medical issues as well as obesity. I need this.
I deal with a lot of pelvic pain and haven't quite been the same since my hysterectomy. Dealing with a fair bit of pain today but I was still able to complete the workout in one go. Its nice to feel like I have accomplished something, even though my pain levels are high.
I have CFS and before I watched this video I hadn't been exercising for about 2 years. The first time I did this, I had to take breaks like 3 times. Now I can do this without any break and even do more intense exercise than this. I still use this video on days when I'm feeling too tired but still want to keep my body moving. Thank you for making this video!
I’m a pretty fit person and this was honestly a great warm up!! This can help everyone.
These exercises were fun and quick! Who knew that the chair, would be made for more than just sitting? Thank you!! 😁 ✅️ ✅️
I'm severely overweight and I injured my knee when I was 15... this is perfect to keep me active and prevent further strain on my knee while I'm dieting and slowly shedding the pounds... thank you so so so much!
I am severely overweoverweight too
Me too
After not being able to move out of my bed for a week due to Covid to finally start moving my body a little with this felt great. Thank you!
Thank you for this, I had just started working out again and twisted my ankle outta nowhere and I wanna keep up the exercising. This is perfect
I fell hiking and messed up my ankle. Going to try this so I can keep moving.
Thank you so much! I have a condition called exercise induced vasculitis. It’s basically where if I do any form of physical activity like walking, running biking ect for more then a couple minutes I get severe rashes on my legs. Doing stuff like this makes me feel more active and makes me feel really good about myself! Thank you!
Thank you for putting this video out. I have been doing it several times a week for about 6 months. It has really helped me. I feel much more flexible and I know I am stronger.
The first time I did it I had to stop and breathe halfway through. Lol.
Now it feels really easy.
I'm disabled and i'm having trouble with my leg. this is helping me to get moving, thank you
Thank you for this video! My husband is a stroke survivor and due to extreme fatigue there are very few forms of exercise that he can do and we haven't been sure how to handle it. I think this could work for him!
I literally just did this sitting at my desk at work... I feel great in that short period of time...thank you!!!
I'm not seriously overweight, but i'm overweight enough and out of shape. this is wonderful
This is really great. I have multiple sclerosis and my episodes/relapses leave me pretty much bedridden, so this will be really helpful whenever I'm starting to recover from an episode.
I have POTs syndrome and this helps me lose weight without putting my heart under too much stress :)
hello i'm new to exercise. this one is great for me at 77 years of age thank you.
I'm starting this today. I'm morbidly obese, I almost never work out, I'm always sitting down or laying down, so I have almost no activity day to day, and I'm tired of feeling so sick all the time. 24/7... But I can't do those harder type work outs. So I decided to find something that can just start me off somewhere. I'm going to try doing this 1-2 times a day. And I'm going to try cutting out a lot of unhealthy foods. Because, I'm ashamed to admit it, but I think I have a food addiction. After I quit smoking cigarettes, it got worse, and I often find myself over eating.
watch allen car for cigarettes
Any updates? I'm not morbidly obese but I'm just trying this because I'm tired
Hi. There are so many videos to help with food addiction that are helpful. Keep going!
I am MORBIDLY obese like to the point where I can barely walk down the street with out getting winded and I have decided to nip this in the butt before I'm the next Tammy Slaton. This video is perfect to get me to start moving some where it doesn't hurt my hips as much as most work out videos do.
Thank you soooooo much .. I started to love doing some cardio again because of you 💐
Very good, well thought-out exercises. Lots of elements in a short space of time. That's what I like. Thank you very much.💛
Thank you so much for sharing this video. I've been doing this for a week now for (4) times a day, and am already seeing and feeling results. I will also begin the strength training video as well. Your definitely God sent!!
Thank you so much for this! I'm just trying to get back into being active after dealing with surgery, arthritis, and back/hip issues. Even this short workout helps tremendously, and it's something I can do at work when I have a few minutes.
I really love this. I have been really immobile beacause of burnout and rapid weightgain that have made standing for me really painful.
This excercise has really helped me to start moving again with our fear of pain.
I've done this a few times now and it gives me such energy and I'm not in pain afterwards. I'm going to work up to STANDING and exercising soon. This just gets me MOVING! Thanks!!
Just did this. I’m not a senior citizen or obese anymore but I’m suffering from chronic illnesses and intense fatigue where I can barely stand. I’m glad exercises like these exist since I can’t really go for a jog around the block.
I have arthritis in my hips and I have a femur+Knee replacement in my right leg from having osteosarcoma.
So this is a great way for me to stay active on the very painful days..thanks
I am so glad I found this video. Please make more!!! The number of people you are helping is countless. ♡♡♡
Thank you for making an exercise video that even I can do. Any longer and I would be overwhelmed. I am really not in good shape. I will recommend this to others. Thank you again.
Love this!!! I have Fibromyalgia and M.E and have been looking for some chair exercises! Will share on social media! 😉
Such a pleasant voice. Did it comfortably with a broken toe. Thank you so much!
I’m on the toilet and haven’t worked out today so this is a great exercise to do while crapping
I just did this at my desk and I feel great. Thank you!

GRRREAT workout! I did some other seated exercises to music I like first. Then, I decided to find a chair workout w/ an instructor and loved it. I am sweating nicely. TY so much! SUBSCRIBED! 🤗
1:00 Thank you for helping us with this exercise, especially now we have deal with WFH
love this workout, helps me with my chronic pain
Love this, hubby and I are both disabled, have COPD as well, and a bit overweight. This allowed us to exercise and we can keep it up.
Thank you so much
It's great! and you're so supportive and gentle. Thank you.
I really enjoy this!! I've become disabled and, really put on some weight from not being able to walk or get out much anymore. I'm trying, to get back into somewhat of shape again, and to get into a new routine, to find my old self as much as possible. Alot has happened and I'm way out of focus on myself and my health. I'm looking for something like this video to get my brain working on fitness again. this video is a perfect way to get myself moving again!
This was great. I currently have a broken foot and am recovering but missing my yoga, so this is a nice in between. Must find a ten minute one I can do! Thank you :)
Yes I'm experiencing the broken foot right now u really miss excersing so I goggle and found this until this foot is healed
I like it! It's a bit of a workout for me ...thanks I will incorporate this with my clean eating for weight loss.
Thank you so much for this video. My mother in law needs some exercise but she will not get out of the chair. So, after I found your video excuses for sitting around. I will start slowly but hope she gets back in shape and also is losing weight. You are an inspiration. Thanks a million.
This was amazing I suffer from chronic pain and this was delightful I am also overweight and I used your video after a 25 min exercise I just did thankyou this was great
I’m not injured or anything just a little lazy but this was a great workout. I even did it in the car but they were like what the heck are you doing? 😂

Brilliant, just what I needed, thank you for sharing : )
I’m in a wheelchair due to Osteogenesis Imperfecta, which is a brittle bones disease. I can’t workout much because any minor wrong step or movement might and has caused a fracture in the past, but this workout was very easy on joints and bones, except for twisting the torso and neck, that could end pretty badly for me.
I will definitely continue to do this daily!
I did break my exercises because of engineering school, but i discovered that, i hope i will be a fit person to apply these.
thank you foe the video Im doing it everyday 3 time per day just love it
With long covid, I have lung issues now. This will be great to be more mobile!
Thank you 🌷
great workout...
My granny would enjoy this
Really enjoyed this video
Thanks for sharing 😊
It's so good to my feeling, thank you for this exercise 🤩
Thank you 👍
This is perfect in our big rig! Just now found this but thank you!
With Psoriatic arthritis fibromyalgia osteoarthritis spondylitis and a pulmonary embolism in November honestly no it was extremely painful but it helped my body
Even this made me a little tired. I had to take a break. I'll continue doing this. Whenever I do any physical activity, my body aches and I catch a flu. Hopefully this will make me loose some weight without making me sick otherwise I'll become fat. I mostly eat healthy food and yet I still have a few extra kgs 😖
I enjoyed 🙏
Great exercises, been scouring the webs for low intensity low impact exercises for my dad with severe knee pain
Good😄😄
