Lady you are a gift from God himself! I'm just starting to ease into exercise and this is perfect. I don't need weights as my body weight is enough, but this is still making me break a sweat and at the same time not injure myself while I'm getting started out. Thank you so much.

very nice...be back tomorrow. Thank you!
How many calories does this burn?
Thanks Natalie
I wish i could find one for arms only! Recovering from knee replacement surgery.
I'm obese and have a knee injury. I thought I couldn't do strength workouts, it's nice to know I still can, thanks!
The music drove me crazy (too loud and repetitive, like an on-hold recording), but it was good to get some exercises to do while I have this sprained ankle.
Thanks for this!
