I was feeling pretty low when I found out about this video and started following the coach's instructions straightaway (as I was already sitting in my chair). Something where its not getting my heart going but instead circulation and burning effect on my body.. Wow what a perfect workout in 5 minutes! Towards the end I was still ready for more and my body feels warmer, great curculation was given and my heart wasnt burdened, thank you Ms.! 😊 And thank you Jesus for allowing me to find her. 🙏🏼

One of the best chair workouts I have done. I’m 66 years old and have tried several chair workouts and this is my favorite so far. It’s not too strenuous, but definitely still gives a quick beneficial work out.
This chair was fairly easy to put together, the instructions were clear and I was about to follow along with no issues at all. I also added a pillow for lumbar support because although this is a great chair and is comfortable, it’s not necessarily the best if you’re sitting 10+ hrs a day wfh but in all honesty for the price, I didn’t mind at all. It looks great in my space and easily adjusts the height when needed.

I had a knee injury in 2021 from a winter storm accident. in my right knee I have bone on bone and don't know when I will get to have surgery done. but I'm doing my best to get going. I look power walking and lost a lot of weight, certain exercises I can do and can't.. I just saw a other video like this, and I like to change up on my routine. this is easy and you don't over do it. easy and simple Thanks 😊
Able bodied runner here on a road trip and I just want anyone who maybe feels like this is an “easy” workout to know that it is a solid freaking workout and not at all a bad choice

I have fibromyalgia and it really impacts my feet. I do aquasize at the local pool but needed something for days when they aren’t running classes. This was perfect! I couldn’t do all the exercises yet but I will try and do this as often as I can and get stronger!

i have a question, im a beginner , i never done any workouts in my life, i put on so much of weight , i cant do workouts by jumping because i will feel easily fainting, i want to ask, if doing workouts without jumping still can lose weight ? or if doing workouts by jumping only can effectively lose weight ?
Hey Shanthi, of course, you can lose weight without doing any kind of jumping exercise. I'd personally suggest doing some basic yoga to better equip your body for more intense workouts! Hope this helps and all the best for your fitness journey!

Absolutely! Gets the blood moving. Research DDP Yoga. He had chair and bed exercises. Quite phenomenal. A little goes along way. 💪 ❤️
