The way you instruct about the breathing is excellent. Breathing at the right time in your movement makes it more effective.

I was suffering from terrible back pain at work from sitting at my desk all day long. I've only been doing these exercises for a week (morning when I wake up and right before I go to bed) and already I see a huge improvement. These are easy to do and when no one is around, I sneak in a few of them during the day at work. Thanks.

Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about "exercises for hip muscles" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Niyaden Niybigail Blaster - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got amazing success with it.

These are the best exercise yet that I've found for core work. I really liked that it doesn't need weights here because they cause more injury and pain for me. Being at home in a wheelchair plus having rotator cuff injury in both shoulders and with limited exercise opportunities I found this workout hard and I felt every movement but it was not painful and the length of each movement was just enough for me. Thanks for this, I'm going to do these regularly and see if they can help me with strength. Thanks.

This is so great for centering and helping my lower back pain!!! I LOVE all Coach Nicole's limited mobility exercises I can do right here in my chair... I can really feel the immediate effect of these videos and the tingling all over my body!!! I wasn't doing ANYTHING to be mobile. Thank you ever so much for giving me renewed hope and a place to start!!!

Thank you for making this video. I severely broke my ankle 16 years ago and have no cartilage left and have severe arthritis. I can no longer do full aerobics due to the jumping. I also have tachycardia and lymphedema. I needed something easy, yet challenging that wouldn't aggravate my problems. I'm hoping these exercises will keep me from having extra skin as I lose weight. We'll see how it goes!

I was looking for a chair cardio, and this is gr8. I started doing some upper body weights. Still in recovery mode from a knee replacement in Oct 2015, and preparing for the other in May 2016. I need a regular regimen of exercise. So this is a gr8 addition to my weights, and the 10 minutes a day on my spinning bike.

I have just tried the seated abs workout. The two weights were just for show there is no equipment used and because of the types of movement my fitbit didn't register any of it. It is much gentler. Nice stretches for my SI joint or if I am not feeling as well, but prefer the seated cardio video. Thank you Nicole. x

If you click on CC on the bottom of the video screen, you wil get automatic captions of the audio. It is not perfect, because it's a machine doing it, but it helps. Ideally, the channel owner would add subtitles and even translated subtitles.

I'd just like to ask the 16 people who disliked this video whether they did so because of the presentation style, the content, because they are sceptical about pilates / seated workouts or were just being trolls. Without trying it how can anyone know if it works? Like any exercise, doing it once will not show results, I've used it for a month and I can SEE a difference. Plus 12 minutes, that's nothing, everyone can find 12 minutes spare a day.

I'm asking you this question because other teachers (like Paul Eugene) who I have watched with your similar exercises instruct the crunch with raising the knees and bending toward it. Is their instruction going to hurt my low back? or is there a difference between your method and their instructions because they are targeting a different muscle group? Sharron
