I've been looking for ab/core exercises to use when you have a back injury for over a year. I'm so excited to try these tomorrow! Thank you for making videos to help others!
Nice workout, thanks! I am paraplegic (sitting in a wheelchair) looking for core muscles workout. I am glad I can do most of the exercises on the video.
This is a great workout for our at-home seniors who have been tuning into my online Bible studies. I'd like to incorporate that for my weekly lessons. For me, the elusive six-pack abs is a goal I would like to reach; for my seniors population, encouraging "movement" would be great! Thank you, Coach Brian!
Looking forward to starting these exercises. I'm 73 yrs. old & I do go to the gym 3 times a week, but I also sit a lot due to back pain from arthritis in my back. Now when I am sitting I can do these exercises to keep moving.
I drive all day. The knee lift abdominal exercise is great while parked at an intersection, without causing much of a scene. I'll be at it all day, everyday now! Thank you!
Nice change from my other chair workout. Add to my resistance cable routine. With gyms closed, and working from home, at 66 need to keep moving. Thank you!
New sub here, I finally found this perfect abs exercise for me. My office job requires me to sit down most of the time but I still want to move my body. Thank you so much. I will share this with my friends.
I am having foot surgery soon and will be off my feet for at least 3 months! So glad I found this! I will definitely be using this now and in the future.
After a total knee replacement surgery, It's the most efficient workout I found to exercise my abs. Looks easy but It's not really, especially for women like me, over 60 with joint problems. Thank you so much for your nice work!!!
I can't believe how well these exercises work. I've taken inches off of abdomen, stronger arms and legs. Thanks for these. They are the only exercises that work for me. I am 82 years old!
I’ve just found this video. I’m a paraplegic that works out daily mainly in bodyweight and calisthenics. I really find it hard to work core with my level of paralysis being T6/T7. But this workout really helped me so thank you!
Thanks. Using a wheelchair makes it difficult to find ab/core workouts that don't need much leg use. Even though some leg movement is needed here, it's still doable
Thank you so much for those exercises! Do you think that they can help me reduce or eliminate the fat of my belly? Thanks in advance for your reply. God bless!
I have herniated s1 and s2 disc. I really want to strengthen lower back and stomach core and lose my belly fat, what other exercises do you recommend. I already change my diet and also will be starting a fast soon.
This is great for me. I'm disabled and working out as much as possible. Chair exercises are really important. It my goal to loose weight and be able to walk on my own again. Do you have other exercises for handicap
Hi there, I have archillies tendinitis/heel spurs so this is what I was looking for. Btw, I used my wrist band to calculate my calorie burn. It was 50. Yes. So I did a second round. 100 cals burn. Thank you.
Hey! Just tried this, gained quite a bit of weight over the past 2 years.. I need to shed those pounds. Being rather unfit and registered disabled makes it hard to stand for periods of time and hard to lay on the floor for specific exericises. So I'm greatful for this. After trying this I burned 87 calories and got my BPM up to 122 (fat burning zone). Do you have an extended version of this or should I double / triple down for a "deeper" fat burn?
I work with students with disabilities, many of which have mobility issues. This was an excellent and very doable routine for them to follow along to remotely. Keep them coming :)
Hey thanks I joined the video workout. My problem is that I am suffering from osteoartritis so is it ok to do the knee exercises? Its a bit painful when i do that. Also after the 10 mins can I repeat it for another 10 mins?
Hi, I wanna run 2k in 9 min or under. I got approximately 10 weeks time. Atm I don´t have an athletic track or a treadmill available. WHat wuld be the best way to reach my goal? Intervallruns? Please help me :)

Do you think that they can help me reduce or eliminate the fat of my belly?
Thanks in advance for your reply. God bless!
These will help support that however, you need to have excellent nutrition, include other exercises and be consistent
I have herniated s1 and s2 disc. I really want to strengthen lower back and stomach core and lose my belly fat, what other exercises do you recommend. I already change my diet and also will be starting a fast soon.

Try repeating the circuit. Also, weight loss is more about clean nutrition. Watch our nutrition videos for helpful tips. Good luck!
Thanks much appreciated
Still here. Do you have a longer chair workout available.?

Does this contribute to weight loss, I'm 43 with arthritis in my spine. I had surgery 5 years ago. I've gained a lot of weight but in too much pain
All physical activity will contribute to weight loss collectively. Nutrition is a major factor as well ✊
I work with students with disabilities, many of which have mobility issues. This was an excellent and very doable routine for them to follow along to remotely. Keep them coming :)

I am struggling standing at work due to lower back pain. Are these core exercises helpful to strengthen lower back?
These will help
Still here. Feel good.
Awesome!!
I like chair workouts. Do you have more?
We can make more!
How often do you recomend doing this for someone wanting to improve balance for horse riding? Daily? Twice daily? every other day?
This really depends on you. I would think every other day would be helpful and would allow your muscles a day of rest in between.
@@Criticalbench Thank you:) And I love this workout!
Like doing this exercise. But hates exercise vids with breaks in.
Thank you for your feedback 👍
Still here😎
Awesome!! 😎
Hey thanks I joined the video workout. My problem is that I am suffering from osteoartritis so is it ok to do the knee exercises? Its a bit painful when i do that. Also after the 10 mins can I repeat it for another 10 mins?

Yes of course. If you continue to do this you will get there!
