    I started doing this workout in 2019. I got lazy and quit when COVID hit and started gaining weight (again). On December 19th of 2022 I weighed 188 lbs (I'm 5'6" tall), and felt miserable. I started doing a dumbell workout (also from Critical Bench) and again started this abs routine. I also went on a one meal a day (OMAD) routine as well. I now do this routine 4 times in a row (40 minutes) five days a week and will not quit. Yesterday I weighed 149.4lbs, and, at 69 years old, for the first time in my life, I can SEE my abdominal muscles. I have taken all my dress clothes (pants and sport coats alike) back to the tailor so they fit again. Thank you, Coach Brian. I look forward to working out with you each day.

    Was looking for a bench for hyper back extensions, sit ups, and flat bench. ruclips.net/user/postUgkx1N3gatJfHIxCsI2TbcOH1-k8v-EDJ40N Was about to buy a similar product from other manufacturer when I saw this one for less. Glad I chose this one, as it's very solid/stable, no movement whatsoever. Incline is easy to adjust as well. As others have said the plastic foot pads are a poor design as they are not attached. Also like others, I think it should be a few inches longer for a flat bench, but it's workable. Assembly instructions were poor, with one step being completely and obviously incorrect. I did get a communication from the seller that there were new instructions, but I had already assembled it. Overall it's a great buy, very happy with it.

    day 115 of my life change and I've lost 31 pounds. There has been a 6 pack ab sighting, that has been absent for about 15 years. Still doing this 5 days a week. Glad I found this. Oh, incidentally, my wife joined me and has also lost 31 pounds.

      @@milesmorales6421 I do this once a day, but I’m sure you can do it more. Changing how you eat also helps. I also did one other exercise routine. A 20 minute dry skate.

    Im just 14 yr old , and i have been trying this routine for almost 4 to 5 months and there is a slight change in my abs . The routine is really easy and very usefull . Hope to see a 6 pack abs within a year , fingers crossed .

    Out of all the standing ab workouts, that I've done on RUclips (and I've done a lot), this one I am sure to ALWAYS feel, the next day. And, I love that feeling. Makes me feel like I accomplished something.

    Dude, I had surgery on my wrist and could not do planks and other exercises like that.

    Thank you for this workout. I am 58 and as of August 1 began ab focus on working out including improved dietary. Already a regular exerciser but just not losing weight so changing up program. This standing ab routine i like a lot. I get vertigo nausea symptoms doing on floor on my back routine have neck issues so needed this i get no ill effect from this routine. So have not yet got super weight loss but a couple pounds and already feel like stomach size going down. Will keep doing again thank you.

    I just want to say thank you for this workout. I do a lot of floor work trying to get decent abs. I have been trying for so long to find a good standing ab routine. Yours is awesome I really enjoy it. I am doing it daily with my other routines and I know it will help. Especially with all the gyms that are closed I really love this video and other ones you have done. Thank you for helping me stay fit.

    This is my favorite workout video on RUclips. A straight forward, simple video with good lighting, clear labels and an on-screen timer.     Great , I'm 62 and had knee replacement on left knee last year .I can do these as treadmill is getting harder to do due to bone on bone on right. knee .Love your chair exercises too.

    I've been doing this workout for two weeks straight so far. First week no hand weights and now I took it up a notch with weights and with proper eating. My stomach is going down. Thank you.. Before I forget I also do two to three rounds of this exercise.

    Great warm-up....I added 5lbs to the second set to get the heart rate up for some of the moves. Love the windmills to get the hamstrings warmed up.

    The word "awesome" to describe this workout falls far short of what I experienced for my first trial run: "epic"...suits: the material of the stuff of legends, which embraces "awe." I look forward to the effects of this workout in the weeks to come, now that I am moving from my diastasis recti rehab exercises to this one. Incidentally, your "wake-up" morning exercises have been energizing, to say the least. Well done, "Coach" Brian!

    this really a beginner friendly for me... i dont exercise much but im trying to get back on my feet... i can feel the routines on my shoulders,arms , legs and mostly on my abs... i hope there will be results as i continue doing this everyday. thank you

    About a year ago i decided i wasnt happy with my weight (240) made some changes to diet (minor changes that lead to bigger changes) walking about 2 then about 4 miles per day and the best thing i did in my opinion...stand while im watching tv or youtube...(im at 175)ive lost enuf fat to want to go for abs! This is perfect for me!!

    This workout is a killer for beginners. I got released by my dr to start working out after having a gastric bypass. This is my first real workout since leaving the ARMY in 1989. This was the FIRE I needed to get my AB's and Glutes back from the great beyond.
    I'm limited to doing judt standing no equipment style workouts. It's still really hard for me to get off the floor.

      @@Criticalbench I'm looking for a all Standing and Chair based full body workout using only body weight for a small group of fellow Disabled Military Veterans. They asked me to find a great workout to motivate them to correct their Mental and Physical Health, To get off of Prescribed Medications which only put a band aid on the problem while creating a laundry list of added symptoms.

    I’m a 50 year old female and I prefer standing ab workouts due to an old neck injury. I was halfway through this workout when in the middle of the windmill move my lower right back muscle locked up, or I pulled it, because I couldn’t straighten back up. This has never happened to me before. I always warm up and am careful to have proper form. anyway I forced myself up and tried to stretch the muscle as best as I could. I put an ice pack on the area almost immediately, and kept walking around. It’s getting better but let’s see how it feels tomorrow. I guess the reason I’m saying all of this is simply to remind people to warm up their muscles and stretch before any workout. I was enjoying it immensely until this happened, but I plan to try it again when I’m feeling better.

    Yes, this was good! I did this routine after your Pre-Stretch/Dynamic Stretching Warm-Up. I feel like Tony the Tiger...G-R-E-A-T!!! Lol!

    The thing that sucks about having abs is that you have to look really skinny. It’s hard to be big with abs.

      It has more to do with body fat in that area as opposed to your size. "Big" people who are lean can have abs as prominent as someone smaller
