this is awesome, i'm obese and i'm trying to eat better and workout more but so many exercises on youtube are just way too intense for me, even the "low-intensity low impact" ones. i think most of those are made for slimmer people who haven't exercised in awhile and who want to get back into shape and not really overweight people. this one is really good for me, i did it two times in a row and didn't feel like dying afterwards but i did feel really sweaty and i feel good post-workout instead of exhausted and defeated. this is a great beginning step for overweight beginners! thank you so much.
Wow I feel so safe and comfortable with you. I have bad knees and a bad back and the fact that you have a low, moderate and high impact is great. It gives me goals!!!! Im a single mother of a special needs child so 7-10 minutes is about all the free time I have these days. Thank you so much for sharing this for free!!!!!
