If your lower back was hurting it’s because you weren’t engaging your core enough once you fully engage your core you don’t feel your back at all

YALL I CANT RECOMENDED THIS ENOUGH!! I’ve been doing 30 minute workout everyday for months and they never worked. Recently I didn’t have enough time so I switched to this and in ONE WEEK I SAW A DEFINED AB LINE

Do this if you want to be challenged and feel the effects right away. I'm fit and this was still a challenge. Thumbs up!

im 13 and honestly pretty fit. its just that i want more challenge and definition, I want to turn my flat stomach into something more. School starts back up in about 7 days since im on winter break. I think i'll do this everyday until then and continue. Thank you for this!!!

I really do a lot of abs work, so this wasn't very hard to me. But as with all your ab workouts I really love the slow pace!
Then you must try abs workout from pamela reif
Day 1: felt the burn, stopped twice in between for about 20 seconds each. My shoulder blades weren't off the ground the whole time.
Day 2: stopped after 35-40 seconds in the first exercise. Could do the others without stopping.
This is intense and new ❤
