RESULTS!!
Day 1: I can barely even stretch out my legs straight lol burning a lot in torso
Day 2: Doing better still a little burning and sore for day 1
Day 3: Getting better at it i can stretch out my legs completely straight now sore muscles turned into stronger ones!
Day 4: Getting less motivation because not seeing quick enough results (I was being unrealistic)
Day 5: Starting to see great progress and starts gaining back motivation it doesnt burn as much anymore but if it does I know its helping
Day 6: AB LINES!! I feel more confident with myself
Day 7 OR MAYBE 41?: (Last time im editing these) I honestly lost track but Im so happy i did this video it helped so much I gained abs in a month! (AND WITHOUT EQUIPMENT!!) ALWAYS BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!

Hate to burst your bubble, but you don't "Gain" abs. Everybody has them, and losing enough subcutaneous belly fat to make them visible takes a lot longer than a month. Not through exercise but by eating in a calorie deficit.

Did this workout With the following tips and got my abs in 1 month:
• do this workout twice a day
• drink more water
• do jogging daily/treadmill
Last 1 week do those exercises 4 times at once and u'll get abs like me

4 times is more likely to do the same exercise 3 more time instead of doing it once

@@lexrice4109 I do still do this workout, and I try and eat lots of protein but most of my food is still kinda junk food. I do this workout with a couple others to get better results though :)

Been doing this for a while now. I loved it since the first day i tried it. Saw a difference during the first weeks and made me keep going. Today i finally finished it without much effort and wanting to do another round! Crazy, i used to end it so exhausted lmao. I just love it, thanks for sharing!! 🌷

Been doing this for a couple of weeks already and can see a tiny bit of definition, I will be keeping track in the comments. EDIT REMINDER: this workout can take lots of time for visible abs to be shown, according to different sources it takes a year for visible abs to form. I can feel muscle building up underneath my stomach and its hard.

Awesome goal. Also, just a friendly FYI, whether or not you are a 4, 6, 8 etc pack is based on genetics and what you were born with. Revealing the abs however is what we work to obtain and what it sounds like your goal is. You might find out you have a 6 pack when you reveal them. 🙂 6 pack is apparently the most common.
Basically, everyone has 2 "columns" in that region for the two rectus abdominis muscles. What changes depending on the what the individual was born with is the number of bands of connective tissue. These bands determine the number of "rows" we have in our 4/6/8/10 pack (apparent 6 is the most common and things like 2 and 12 are possible but very rare). The number you’re born with is completely up to chance and does not change if you get stronger/lose more fat. But good luck with your goal and have fun. :-)

Day 27: My toe is holding me back since I got a piece of my nail removed so it hurts really bad, I'm gonna try to do it twice tho and see how I'm gonna shower because I think I'm going to faint just looking at it when I take the bandage off.

Day 29: I did it! No pain from the toe, but sweat from the workout! I can finally do planks and mountain bike thingy at the end with no pain! Yayyy and I'm going to do this twice!

Side note: I only look at my stomach on day 1, then day 10, then day 20 and 30 so I won't discourage myself. It's better for me to not look at it everyday, or else I won't be as motivated.

been on this for 2 months now and I will confirm it works. along with a strict diet, by the 3rd week of doing this, my stomach has already started to firm up when flexed and though I currently don't have 6 packs yet, my abs is now visibly toned and I can wear cropped tops confidently. this is such a great routine

this 6 minutes workout is equal to 30 minutes workout i can feel the stretch and pain in my stomach.
Day 1 - A little Challenging but I was able to complete it. (I already have a flat stomach just aiming to get abs that pop.)
Day 2 - Way easier than yesterday and feeling great!
Day 3 - Definetly felt the burn today. I can also see the defined lines of a 6 pack in my abs already! I'm happy with my results so far 😊

I am 14 , and I recently like a month ago started one excersice 'Get stronger' and today 23rd July I started 2 new excersice one is 'Increase height' and the other one is this one. And now I am doing all these together so I hope the progress gets a bit faster.
Week 1 : Update -> I already had ab lines because of my previous workout but today when I checked them after a week they looked more toned and defined.
Week 2 : Updates -> I missed 2 or 3 days this week so there is not much difference but I can see my cheekbones getting highlighted (and also I started another excersice for 'Back Posture')
Week 3 : Updates -> I am able to see and feel the line between the abs more clearly.
Week 4 : Updates -> My abs are pretty much visible but I still think that there's a long way to go.
Week 5 : Updates -> I missed excersice so many days this week so no changes worth mentioning

💕💕💕! Again, not sure if you are taking requests. But, if you are, I was wondering if you'd maybe do a series on low weight/ bodyweight exercises you can do to improve a lift. Say you're working on like your hip thrust, maybe a 10 min or so segment on form, mobility, mind muscle connection etc. To do either before your workout or in between workout days. It doesn't even have to be the major lifts, I think it'd be cool to work on anything (shoulder press, bench press, push up etc). Thanks for reading my ramble!!!

Well I had a rough time around working out at this point bc I gave up gonna be honest but I wouldn’t say hurt it’s just sore(edited: mostly my abs were sore… my back was fine). Make sure u have a soft cushion to support ur back and what not! I may try again and work out in the summer when there’s no school keeping me busy!

Feeling amaze after the work out
I'd advice focusing on your diet, drink water and do them twice instead to see results if you don't already have low fat on your stomach. I worked out my core like crazy but when i started doing these 3 times a day (remember active rest days) and eating more protein less carbs, only then did i actually see a result. Everyones bodies are different, but slowly implementing these in your routines will make the process feel more effortless. Also, take it easy, start slow and have patience with yourself 🩷

Day 1- Some exercises were a little difficult and I definitely felt the burn!
Day 2- the first time doing it was fairly easy second time around was a lot harder 😅
Day 3- I had really bad allergies and felt awful so I skipped day 3
Day 4- Had a sleepover with my friends so i was busy
Day 5- definitely making some progress even with the 2 days without doing this!!!

Don’t do it every day! Do every other day or 3 times a week. And have a day of rest in between. Also only do once a day or your abs will be goofy or you wont have any.

Well i have been doing this workout for about 4 days straight and here are my results
Day 1- was quite easy for me but took a alot of break in between cuz I was way too tired after doing just 1 exercise
Day 2- my abs were hurting but It was not that intense but still it was way too exhausting had to do the workout had to take breaks in between
Day 3- I could see a lil abs line forming and the abs were hurting while doing this workout but took 2 breaks in between yay!
Day 4- the abs line are still visible but not much of a difference but I feel less exhausted and kinda really energetic than before
( I will suggest to do a alil warm up workout before this workout cuz this shit will make you cry but trust me your future self will thank you later)
Well I'll keep you updated after I do this workout it for a week straight

Tuesday: Feeling a little better. Still was tough.

Day 5: almost forgot to exercise
Day 6: the sun made it harder to exercise

Day 1: Jesus Christ !! I actually did it once, I tought my tummy was gonna get riped off ( couldn’t even last for 20 seconds bahahahahah)
Day 2 : I just did it this morning ( also gonna do it in the evening). But nevertheless……my tummy hurts !!
Day 3: Okay… I’m not joking.. I actually saw something in my tummy, but it was very tiny. I also realized that the more I laugh, the more I’m feeling abs in my tummy. But.. when I woke up this morning I thought i was paralyzed. My legs hurt and so is my tummy but not gonna give up heheheheh
Day 4: Some of the exercise are more easy to do know mouhahahahahah. But it really hurt. Also I’m literally seeing some results ( not much)
Day 5: I did it….I didn’t really want to do it at first but I did…not seeing much result for now but I can feel my tummy pleading for me to stop
Day 6: Although It’s being 6 days, there are still some exercice that I find very hard to do ☠️.
Day 7: Okayyuy it’s been 1 week and my tummy is flat even thou I eat fast food bahahahha. In general, the exercice became more easier than the first time I did them. I’ll start increasing the minutes after today.
Day 8: I said I was going to increase the minutes but nvm lol. I first have to be able to do all the exercises properly for 30 seconds…-_-
Day 9 and 10: I didn’t actually did it for 2 days now, not because I’m lazy but because of some tough…journey. Anyways, my tummy it’s still flat which means all my efforts didn’t waste :)
Day 11: I restarted this exercise after two days and I can say that…it still hurt as heck ☠️.
Day 12: Honestly, my tummy hurts less when I do the exercice, so maybe it’s good sign right ? Right..? Anyways it was still uncomfortable doing it bc I’m on my period rn 😷🥲
Day 14: I didn’t do it yesterday so I decided to do it two times today and …I feel like I’m gonna faint --mostly if you don’t take breaks during each exercice
Day 15: Help !!!! I walked for 3 hours today and doing this exercice doesn’t make it easy for me wahhh 😭
Day 16: I just did it this morning and I’m literally out of breath. So for people who are wandering what my tummy look like now well. My tummy is kinda flat and I can see a little amount of abs popping out. Maybe if I had didn’t skip this for 2-3 days, then maybe I would have seen more results..but oh well !
Day 17: ….I was too lazy to do it…SIKE I did it but the exercise were more easy (just a little) than yesterday.
Day 18: I made a discovery !!! Up until day 4, I’ve been doing these exercices on my bed. But I did it on the floor today and it was way more effective ;-;------
Day 19: I was almost able to do all the exercice without pausing the video to take a break hahahahah. Means I’m doing some progress compared to last time ^^
Day 20: So I started doing this exercice along with some other ones to get more improvement. Also, I realized that I didn’t want a six pack but obliques abs. So I’ll continue doing it BUT I’ll stop when it will reach one month -.-
Day 21: Help!!! Just did 3 workouts video including this one and I can feel the intense pain lolololo
Day 22: Honestly I respect the woman that did this workout without breaks
