These short workouts of yours are great. You can combine some of them by creating a series. And it is very nice to repeat them more. Fantastic !!!🙏Thank you ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
omg Sophie, I literally do all your follow along workouts and this one was KILLER. The no-15 second breaks killlllleddd me -- excited to keep doing this one
The longest 6 minutes of my life, Sophie has never been so consistent in the exercise and finally I am achieving it thanks to you. I feel like we're best friends haha
So good!!! I love the slow steady contractions all through out. I feel like with quality contraction and form even 6 minutes is enough to get that core strong :)
Really enjoyed this one! Really felt strong 💪! Thank you so much for sharing all these videos! You really made a change on my abs routine and I'm so grateful for it!! 🙏
I think the only reason I survived this one is because I had a rest day yesterday, and today I did this workout before doing a hard core, longer workout (like I typically do. I typically do an ab workout post my longer workouts)!
Spent 16 years of my life busting my ass blood sweat and tears with Olympic dreams training more than I was in school before college. Literally looked like a linebacker from all the training. Was it for me? NO. The betterment of my TEAM.
Disclaimer: please pardon my poor grammar as I am talking to text: I have so much to say on people who call themselves athletes. This will spark something in most people who we would call “normies”, but unless you were busting your ass from before the age of six in a sport more than you were in the classroom, blood sweat and tears shed every day for 47 hours… You don’t know what being an athlete actually is about. If it is about aesthetics and physical appearance looking for yourself or others. That is not an athlete. All of us in Division I athletics believe that being an athlete involves being the best you can be for your team. If that means gaining 40 pounds of muscle, You do it. It’s for the greater good and the better me and greater good of the team. If you don’t like what you see in the mirror, which I sure did not, you suck it up and keep lifting and doing what you’re told, or you leave. Being an athlete requires extreme sacrifice for others. I know everyone I have met in my sport at a certain level (usually) share a similar extreme /Black-and-white mindset. I also say this because I’ll never forget during winter training when we are breaking NCAA rules in our division one sport back in college, I found my teammate at 4:30 AM with A toothbrush lodged in her throat because she did not want to way more than she did in the last weigh-in. It’s extreme, and you are extreme. People that come from that background end up taking on extreme professions in which they can do extremely well. It either makes you order it breaks you as an adult after college. I will be completely transparent and that I have yet to be able to look in the mirror at my body in the past two years. So, my sole reasons of working out ARE “SELFISH”. Just for me, and no one else. I want to be able to look in the mirror and not have to have all of the lights off when I change and do my make up etc. Yes, well aware that is extreme. I’m in my 30s. Do I call myself an “athlete?” Absolutely fucking not. I’m saying this for those who loosely throw around that trim. Just like those loosely throw around the term depressed. Watch it.
Olá Sophie!!!!! Parabéns pela dedicação e perseverança!!!! Você está cada dia mais gata!!!!😊😊😊 Tamo junto garota lindaaaaa!!!! Abraços aqui do Brasil!!!!!😊❤❤❤❤🥰😍🤩🤙🤙🙏🙏🙏
Hello, I hope you are well, I want to thank you for sharing your routines with us, they are excellent, and the truth is that if they work, God bless you.
I thought the first one is hard, i dident really understand it befor after the Workout when i realised i did bicycle crunch two times and not singel leg bicycle crunch the first time. When now i know😅
I don’t know anything about you, just found your channel. I hope you are one of those people who don’t claim to be athletes when you are just working out for purely aesthetic and physical appearance reasons (usually younger 20-something’s do this).

Good👍🌞🌴🌺✨
Обычный факт:
Я больше двух лет снимаю спортивный контент, но у меня до сих пор нет даже 1000 подписчиков...
Tip: don’t do this if your legs are sore😅
I did learned that lesson😅
