I've actually also started but following own simple method (too simple for you pros haha) just lay down on bed and raise legs, both straight and bent. It's very effective but not too painful for the poor muscles haha.

Pamela Reif's ab workouts are ten times harder. I think you have to make the exercises more challenging since they take only 30 secs. I personally don't feel any burn like this
