For someone who is beginner, it’s ok to take breaks….no need to push yourself too hard.. if u will push yourself too hard, you may end up doing workout for some days only..
I saw you tell your dog to go get your ball, that meant playtime. lol I was so glad when we got to the planks because I wasn't looking at the screen, I was laughing more than working out. What a cute puppy!!
I'm starting to workout again after a while, hoping to build strength and confidence. First time trying this its really difficult and I stopped for a minute a few times but finished it!! Hopefully in a few months i will be able to do it all the way through without pausing the video
