    Try so many abs work out as abs are my favorite pain, and like the way all is done at controlled speed. Adding a strong contraction to it and this is heaven for my abs 😊, Thank you!

    Omg I don’t normally comment on videos but this is the only one I’ve done that doesn’t hurt my back and still feels like it’s working my abs tysm 🥰

      Your back shouldn't hurt. If it hurts, it's because you're doing them wrong. You should have your back close to the ground and not raised because that way it hurts.

    I love this you crush it I, I will say over and over again Sophia, how strong you got my core,I do your video 2 times a day but switch them
    Every time, I’m weightlifter and everything has gone up my gains are amazing . My core is unbelievable strong.thank you so much you are the best 🙌🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

    I’ll update my progress daily:)
    Day 1: first day so obviously no change, the sit-ups were hardest for me
    Day 2: nothing new under the sun, sit-up’s slightly easier this time
    Day 3: better then the first 2 days, sit-ups still difficult for me. My cat tried to do it with me so that’s a bonus🤣

    Almost no Focus on Side Abs. Sit ups are Bad for the spine

    Are you deliberately moving that slowly just for the video or is that the actual speed of the exercises?

      It’s the actual speed. Control the movement, limit momentum and increased time under tension. Works great for abs

    Abbs are really great to achieve,but no matter how hard you train them and how often, diet plays a big role In it😊
