my progress!!
day 1: i was burning everywhere i coulden't even bend to get something i also didnt complete the work out fully because i was dying
day 2: It was harder i only managed to do half of the video
day 3: It got better i stopped around 7 mins
day 4: i didnt have visible abs but i was less bloated than usual
day 5: still only made half workout
day 6: managed to get to 8 Mins
day 7: still no abs but more toned than i was in day 1
After two weeks of doing the work out 3 times a week: i dont have a six pack but i do have abs i managed to complete the workout and i feel less insecure

@@NJvlog2494nope, but a calorie deficit will solve your problem instead of doing these workouts.

Looove it!! Exactly what I needed quite hard with no rest and even plank modification that made me feel my abs when doing it . Normally it’s just relaxing for me to stay in a plank for a minute. Here from the begging to the end just all the very nice exercises . Thank you 🙏

Once again, Sophie proves why she has the best ab exercises! Your routines are tolerable but still challenging and super effective! I always see the results immediately after doing them. This really tightened and burned my midsection. I will certainly be adding this to my routine of daily core work.

I love all these videos. Please share how your trained your lower back to stay all the way down. I’ve tried forever now and i can’t freakin do it. I use to have abs before kids and even then I didn’t do it…although I didn’t know that was how to properly train 😂
Do exercises like dead bugs where you focus on pulling your belly button in to keep your lower back on the floor!

Also add weights where you can. Like deadbugs, Russian twist, and situps.

It is sad how girls here do this for a week and look for abs showing up after a week… I am into sport for 20 years and healthy body means working out (any physical activity) 5 days a week , plus healthy eating and sleep habits.

Stupid cops speed on highway dooung almost 100 cops regularly speed to cstch up with traffic moving faster thsn speed limit was a bit excessive but so was cop pull another cop over 😱
After doing Pamela reif for 4 years this felt like hartha Yoga. Definitely not a killer workout. Too easy.
